"Otterbox is GREAT. I've used them for 8 years, never had a broken phone because of their cases. I'm super rough on phones, but in these cases they've been dropped in toilet/down concrete stairs/laundry chutes...onto grates screen-down..never once broken. Easy warranty, just redeemed mine today. All they ask for is $6 for shipping of new case, AND the replacement you get has its own warranty. Customer service agents are remarkable. I've never heard anythings but positives about them, so super confused why they don't have a 10/10 rating."

"I ordered a case from Otterbox and the ad specifically said that it would come with a free screen protector. Got the case but no screen protector, called the company and was told I needed to order the screen protector separately, the ad did not say that. Customer service said that at the time of my order they were already out of the screen protectors. So the company refuses to stand behind their ad or help. "I got an otter box with my IPhone two years ago and I drop my phone a lot. My phone is still in perfect condition (I also have a glass scream protester). My OtterBox is a little broken though so I called the company. They sent me two free new otter boxes of my model in any colour and since my card wasn’t working the man paid my 8$ in fees. "I was told that Otter box was the best. That has not been my experience. I bought two of them one for me and one for my dad. Mine broke almost immediately, so I took my dads and then mine broke. Not a great product and even if they guarantee I am not going to get another and wait for that one to break and possibly lose my phone. This product needs work."

That being said it's almost wrong to say I had a customer service call as I've been really hard on my phone and working a really bad environment... That being said the screen on the front was scratched up so bad I can barely read my messages.... My customer service experience was exceptional...I only wish my other experiences with other companies would have been so good... I was given the case by my boss.so I expected it to allready not go well as I didn't have a receipt...No not a roblem.. I was told I would be responsible for the shipping cost... $7.00... I was so happy and relieved... I would recommend purchasing an OtterBox to everybody... "
"My iPhone 7 fell off my car and was run over by a pickup truck. Cracked the Otterbox case, trashed the rubber liner and shattered the screen cover.
Phone was undamaged. Called Ottebox and they sent me a new cover. No questions. No problem.
