"This order was cancelled by OP due to a long wait time. The OP rep called and offered a cheap scope at a higher price. He called again the next day with the same offer. I said No...again... and he processed a refund and cancelled order. I received the refund and email confirmation a few days later. Fast forward 1 month...they charged my account and shipped the cancelled order. I've contacted them multiple times but NO REPLY. After the cancellation I bought another scope locally. I do not need or want their scope. I never authorized the charge. I feel like it is theft...or fraud. I have contacted Paypal and looking for legal advice presently. I do not know if criminal charges can be filed but I will try. "
