"I ordered this for my son for Christmas from another vendor. It had been backordered since Dec. 1, 2014. Then placed an order with OpticsPlanet and received it last week.
My son didn't think he was getting, it but I wrapped as a christmas present and gave it to him. He was thrilled! Immediately put rifle in the case. If he's happy; I'm happy.

"i ordered a scope on a Sunday and had it overnighted at $70 plus dollars expecting the order to be here by tuesday night which would have been fine. however it didn't ship until tuesday and didn't receive it intake for my hunting trip. so i say why say over night if you can't do it! they also would not refund any of the shipping charge. i feel the stole $70 of mine and i will never purchase from OP again and discredit them at every opportunity i get!"

"Sent an item that was cancelled in ample time. I don't care what they respond. It should have been cancelled and they didn't even respond to the cancellation request. It was ordered on a weekend and cancelled bright and early before start of business on a Monday and still not even moving yet by Tuesday evening-yeah could have been cancelled no problem. Was not in system for shipping until 823 PM that Monday evening. No excuse. Not shopping here again."

"Not good for a rail mounting rookie. Bought a TLR-4 thinking rail mounting was universal...got the wrong mounting key and am awaiting OpticsPlanet advice on how to get the correct one. Mounting requirements not explained to my level of ignorance."

"I placed a order for a Leupold VX-2 6-18x40mm from Optics Planet after I had ordered and returned a Vortex rifle scope (Just too bulky for my rifle) I love the Leupold. Optics Planet paid the return shipping on the Vortex and gave me a full refund. Shipping was plenty quick and I will purchase from them again.
I have read some people complaining that it took 8-10 days, I don't think these people understand how orders work. I am very happy with prices and have no problem waiting a few days for good service. Thank you Optics Plant and I look forward to doing business with you again.

"free shipping was pretty slow. rings ended up being junk as Alan wrench and screws stripped after 1st use not to mention the rings were too low for my fit the scope on the rifle. So I cant even use it until I get the right height rings. "

"Nice looking parts. I ordered this kit because I wanted a sling on my Remington model 11 and my Savage 720. Sadly, the kit does not fit the magazine tube of either shotgun. The threads are different. Both shotguns are copies of the Browning A5 so I thought the kit would work. The experience with ordering from OpticsPlanet was just fine..."
