excellent customer support

"I'm from the university from Giessen in germany. We have a 20 years old mass spectrometer that has a defect cooling fan. The cooling fan was from ebmpapst germany and out off production. Also the support for this machine ended and we had to stop working. No more parts in germany or europe. Fortunately onlinecomponents had the part in stock! So we can continue working on our studys. Fast delivery (3 days) and very good communication. Any time again."

CUSTOMER SERVICE

"There was problem with my shipment and I was shorted on exactly what I had ordered. I called Customer Service and within 2-3 hours the representative Leo Dreic found out what happened wrong and he corrected everything on the spot. Their Customer Service and the people, including Leo, there were "Head and Shoulders" above the rest of any other company Customer Service I had dealings with in my 13 yr career as a Wholesale Sales Manager . Thank you so much!"

Stay Away!!!!!!!!!

" Stay Away!!!!!!! Purchased 2 Potter & Brumfield relays from them about a year ago. They cost me $100. I installed them last week. They are both totally defective unusable garbage!!!!!! I contacted them and they said to refer to there return policy which sates that they must have been returned within 30 days of purchase along with a 15% restocking fee! All this for defective unusable parts! They stole my money and supplied defective parts to me! BE AWARE IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL YOUR COMPONENTS IN 30 DAYS THEY WILL STEAL YOU MONEY FOR JUNK PARTS!!!!!!

no tent.... got billed ..no response no answers

"terrible .....you never answer the phone..... tried dozens of times ..no conformation of sale ..no back order message .....i've opened a pay pal dispute...awfull you billed them but i didn't even get an invoice order number.. will be glad to tell everyone i know how bad your service/sales are."
