"I ordered a 64 in stainless steel pipe. Came fast, no issue there. But the piece was 1/8 in longer than the custom length I ordered and they say this is within their tolerance. It is unusable for me so I just wasted around $200. Why can't they cut the correct length? Customer service says they are not a precision shop. They were right about that. Never again."

"The material that was supplied for the first few orders was great, no problem. Then one day I got some material that was simply cut to the wrong size - I had an urgent order and needed them right. After multiple emails and days going by they told me that they can no longer supply parts that small and that I'd get a refund. Their site still claims that they can supply parts that small, but continue to claim they cannot and a week later still waiting on the refund. I feel lied to (about cutting capabilities and inventory... that would take to long to describe) leaving me to scramble for a new supplier in a time of need. I rarely write reviews for any reason - but taking time out of a busy day to be sure I get this done. "

"Just like everyone else said, it's just theft. If you're lucky enough to reach someone to talk to, they'll just give odd excuses why they haven't fulfilled your order. For me, they marked the package as shipped but never did arrive even though I'm in Texas and it shipped from Dallas. No tracking info on the website, the button just takes you to the USPS page. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone, but the person (Ty) on the chat feature said they'd have to email the warehouse to get tracking information. Is it a mom-and-pop operation? Lucky for me my order was just a couple of brass pipes, but who likes throwing away money?
Unfortunately if you're like me, you're only reading all these negative reviews because you have one of your own to share. If you're smart and you read this before purchasing there...run away."

Did not hear anything back. No cancel notification, we are sorry, not a thing back but silence. Went to their website and checked and they cancelled the order. "

I have called to aske questions about material specs and they always take the time to help me. When we need an order in a hurry they do their best to accomodate our request. "
