Terrible service

"I have been using one suite for more than ten years. I come to a point I have to close my account with them.
In April 2021 they can't fix my LD issue for over a month. I was very frustrated and requested to close the account and asked them to send me refund of balance on my account.

They closed my online account access right away and asked me a lot of information of my last payment which I provided. That was June23/2021. Today July 24/2021 I called and asked why I still haven't received my refund. I was told there was no refund request note on my account and last note on my account was in 2015. So there is no trace of all things happened in 2021.

I was told the refund request was submitted today. I will see after 10 business days if I will have to call again.

quality has gone way down considerably

"I've used One Suite since 2003, and in the past few years they have been terrible to the point that I cannot recommend them and am saying for everyone to avoid them. The quality of calls is so bad I often have trouble hearing the person with 5 secs or greater delay which makes it impossible to carry on a conversation. The customer service is very bad as they don't return many service calls and when they do you may wait an hour or more, plus even when they do respond they don't follow up. Also the 6-month rule is terrible, if you dont use them for 6 months you are forced to pay to get access again, sorry but I know thats a rule but it's very unfriendly to charge someone to access their own account which may have a lot of money in it. Finally, on this same note, I know I made a call with them in the past 4 months but they refuse to acknowledge this and blocked my account unless I pay up. So overall, bad quality, bad service and bad business model. Sorry but I am done with them an ask no one to use them unless you will be disappointed. "

Nightmare

"First the service went down repeatedly. Then I changed my voicemail password and it overwrote my onesuite password. Nobody in customer service can reset my passwords, so I'm locked out of my account entirely. Screwed!!"

No response to repeated calls to support

"I have called for support numerous times and have remained on hold for 15 minutes to one hour. No one ever picks up the call. I have sent two emails to the support staff asking for contact with no response. Are they going out of business? I do not plan on renewing with them when my prepayment funds are used up.
Sad.

OneSuite is a Lifesaver!

"I have been using Onesuite for over a decade. I currently live in the US, but am in weekly contact with my family members in Italy, Spain, Germany and France. Once in a while I stock up my balance and then I can speak with them for hours! International travel is not always feasible, expensive and currently a BIG hassle, so we remain close via phone. The Rapidial phone book makes dialing a breeze! Sure, sometimes there are issues, but for me that has always been extremely rare, like 3 times out of 500 calls. So I wait a bit and try again. To double-check if it's me or the line I called, I dial a different number I have stored. Remember that this service is affordable because it is automated."

Worst ever long distance phone experience!

"I bought units worth $10 to make international calls, and this is the worst experience ever with long distance phone companies. I made calls and I could hear the other party, but they couldn’t hear me talk. This happened repeatedly. Worst of all my units were reduced.
They claim they have 24/7 support line. On two occasions I’ve called this line and nobody would answer, all I heard was advertising of their products. I’ve sent them an email, and nobody has bothered to respond.
Is this an American business?
I just want my money back!!

rate increase of 1200%!

"rate went from 2.6 cnt to 30.6 cnt minute on 08/09. Competitors are 1.4cnt/minute (Netherlands). They told me that the providers in Europe raised the contract price. But what is a contract if the price can be randomly increased with 1200%. Thy focus now on Asia, but even there they have cheaper competitors. Wanted to give 1 start, but added a 2nd star, because they CAN be easily reached. If the would not have this absurd price increase, I would stay with them, but this is robbery."

They Kept My Money Too

"OneSuite advised me I had to send another fax or add money to my account, or they would close it for inactivity. I said I would close and they promised to mail a $15 refund check within three weeks. After three follow-up calls and three months, I haven't received it. Today I read the comments on this site. Obviously, they have no intent of returning the money. "

OneSuite is the worst company

"I charged my account September 2017 with $20 via PayPal. My account was not credited. I called numerous times and was told that PayPal would take time to pay. It is now April 2018 and my account still has not been credited and I was told that the payment did not go through, even though my PayPal account indicates it was paid. The customer care people are in the Philippines and cannot communicate very well. They also do not have access to the billing. This is the worst company I have ever used. It did not used to be this bad several years ago. "

"Emails and calls to dispute an overcharge were never returned or resolved. CSR are very unprofessional, they're very unhappy to help.
Evidently, something's wrong with their system and they won't even admit it.

AVOID USING THIS POS SERVICE

"Being a customer of Onesuite since 2005 (and it's 2017 now) and noticed the quality of service exacerbate tremendously. In summary of my bad experiences:

1. Zipdial service never worked properly
2. Once every two weeks you'll have to call customer service to have the routing number "adjusted" or else your phone call will never go through
3. talk quality **** big time
4. Every time when connected to a wrong number, onesuite deducts your account even though it was their mistake at first.
5. Customer service is always the same person; therefore, close to non-existence
6. the list goes on

I will never use their service again and will do my best to convince any prospective customer NOT to use Onesuite. Onesuite, unfortunately, has already become the biggest scam of this type of online businesses who tries to save itself from all the messaging innovations.

"worst experience ever for a service never rendered. paid and created account. they said the would email activation details. they never did. i emailed for a refund. apparently they don't understand English. i asked for a refund in an email because i didnt get service i needed for my over seas trip. that was the whole point of creating my account, then they sent an email asking me what i meant and could i explain again. so another email i sent out requesting refund time elapsed im back from my overseas trip and couldnt access service what a waste of my time. requested refund lets see howthat goes, good thing i had tmobile i still got my calls over seas for only 20 cents a minute. have cell phone? contact your provide for the same service. you wont get it from one suite!"
