"I ordered a camera on-line. I received no email confirmation so I called to make sure the order had been received. I was told to call back in a few hours to get delivery estimate. I did call back and after an agressive attempt to sell me add-on items (which I deeclined) I was told the item would be shipped the following Thursday. The bnext day I decided to check the status of the order on-line. Surprisingly, the on-line status showed "VOID". I called to see why it showed void. I was told the camera was currently out of stock. It would probably be back in stock in two or three weeks. I asked again, why the order showed void and was afgain told that there would be a delay to get the ptoduct. Finally I said that VOID meant cancelled to me. The response was, no it doesn't mean cancelled. Clearly they either DELAY or DO NOT ship to customers who refuse to buy margin rich add-on products. This is clearly a questionable way to do business and even more clearly a vendor to avoid like the plague. I am both emailing and phoning in a cancellation of my order. These folks are scary !!!!"

"They were very high-pressure. Later that same day, I cancelled the order, which was not shown on their site as processed (let alone, shipped). I instructed my credit card company not to accept the charge, which had not yet been transmitted to Visa.

The charge wound up on another of my credit cards. I don't know how. But the billing addresses of the two cards are different and the charge had the wrong billing address.

I did not receive the mdse. I reported the charge as fraudulent. The site has been calling and e-mailing abusively, with threats of Postmaster General, collection agencies, etc. They claim they have a delivery signature, but they don't.

As another observation: Their invoice says returns are welcome within 30 days. Below that, it says all returns must have an RA number and will be credited at the store's cost. In other words, they keep their profit on anything a customer returns.

This is not a place anyone wants to buy from, in my opinion

"Worst online experience ever! BUYERS BEWARE!SCAMMERS!
I originally found this seller, oneclickdigital.com, through pricescan.com, a price comparison site.
I placed an online order on 2/21/06 for one Sony DSC M2 for $369.00 U.S.D. plus $14.90 s&h. When I had not received any order confirmation the next day I called their 1-800 customer service #.
The sales rep then explained to me an extended service plan for 5 years
that included "accidental damage, theft and loss with no deductiable" for an additional $149.99. I specifically asked who the plan was from and he said "direct from sony". When I doublechecked on this plan on their site after hanging up it was not described as he stated. I also checked the sony site and that plan does not exist. I called back immediately to double check to see if there was any misunderstanding and he very rudely told me it WAS as he had explained and what a good deal I was getting and hung up. I called back first thing the next morning (2/23) and stated that I wanted to cancel the order completely and was told I could not because it had already been shipped .
Since then I have emailed customer service several times and called back repeatedly as well as checking the shipping status at their site. There was no tracking number and I have only rec'd one email response saying the tracking info would update by sunday 2/26 (I was originally told it would update in 24 hours on 2/23when I tried to cancel)
Each time I call I get the same person, once I asked for a customer service manager & was told to call back in one hour when I called back the very same person told me that they were the owner of the company and repeated the exact same line about the great deal I was getting before hanging up.
There have been other customer complaints posted about this same company on the pricerunner site since my purchase date stating similar incidents. There were also claims that this same company is operating under 4-5 other names. I went to the site of one of these other names listed, a Circuit Digital and I called their 1-800 sales number. When the sales rep answered all they said was “Can I help you?” without stating any company name. I then asked if I had reached oneclickdigital and was told yes I had. Then I asked the rep. if it was also Circuit Digital and was immediately told to please hold. I was on hold for ten minutes before I hung up and called back. I inquired again which company I had reached and was transferred. The next person tried to tell me that they had never heard of Circuit Digital even thought that was the # I had called, not the one on my invoice from oneclickdigital.com. They also have the EXACT same customer service email address. I can go to any of these sites and log on to the "my account" page wuth the email address and password I created at oneclickdigital and all of my info and the exact same order # come up.
Only after I emailed their customer service and stated that I would be reporting them for fraud did I get any response. I then explained that since the plan they sold me was bogus , I wanted the $149.99 charge for it removed and was told that I would have to wait until the package arrived because the plan was “in the box” and they don’t have the invoice # needed to refund. Then after several minutes of arguing they gave me a tracking number from U.S.P.S. ( I was told it would be shipped FedEx Priority when I paid) When I went to the U.S.P.S. website the number came up as invalid on the track and confirm search.

"I ordered a digital camera from this company. They called me within an hour to check my billing info and try to sell me another battery and a memory card. I declined both offers. I had done a three day delivery b/c I was a little nervous about buying it here. After two days of seeing that my order still said "pending", i called the store to check on the order. When I finally got through, all they said was "Call back later" and then hung up on me. When I called this morning, they said my order had been cancelled b/c the camera was now out of stock and that I should try back in a few weeks. I hate sellers like this. Don't waste your time with these people..."

"I'm really impressed with Circuit Digital. Com. The salesmen were very courteous to my needs and professional. I have been abused by other Vendors selling gray market items. I got my products before Christmas as promised by "Lenny" from Circuit Digital. Everything came bundled up in the manufactures package as stated on there site. "This store is terrible. I ordered a digital camera there. The next day, they called me up and tried to prompt me to purchase a new battery (because, as the guy said on the phone, EVERYBODY who buys this camera buys a battery because the stock one lasts for 15 minutes. Lie.) and also an SD card (because they could get me the best deal around - LIE). They bugged and bugged, and basically pushed and pushed to add it to my order.

After I said no about 15 times during a 10 minute period, he said 'okay - the camera will ship out in 15 work days.' THREE WEEKS? WHAT? Why would it EVER take so long to ship? So I asked him and he said "well...it's normal." Knowing then it was a scam, I cancelled and went and ordered at a much better dealer for the same price.

" I began searching for easy to use SLR camera a couple months before deciding exactly what to buy and how to make the purchase. I searched the internet for all the information I could find and went to several local stores weighing out my knowledge with recommendations from many sellers. When I had made the choice of what to buy the question was now where and whom to buy from. I did some serious comparison shopping locally and online. My son suggested to buy online due to pricing differences but being very leary of all the internet superhighway hipe I was very nervous to shop this way. After several weeks checking online prices from thousands of websites I chose Circuit Digital to make my purchase due mostly to the 75% review ratings. The service was exceptional, the package contained exactly what was ordered, all new, very good price and arrival time was as expected. All exactly what I had read about the company in the reviews. Thumbs up to Circuit Digital!! I have a new outlook in shopping online. I will definitely use this company in the future to buy camera products & must i add, They have some good deals on Plasma & LCD T.V'S as well!"

"This is a very bad experience. A day after I put in the order for Panasonic PV-GS250 camcorder online, a salesperson called me at work. He pushed hard on selling me the speed charger. I said I did not need it since the camcorder came with an adapter included in the selling price. He told me the adapter could damage the camcorder. I would not believe him. But he pushed and pushed. Finally, I said ok and paid $77 extra for the speed charger just to get it over with. Two weeks later, the package arrived. When I opened it, I could not find the speed charger. I called Circuit Digital and they told me the charger was shipped from another warehouse and would take a few more days. Now another two weeks have passed and the charger never showed up. I would never deal with this vendor again and I hope other people can learn a lesson from my bad experience."

"I called to check the price and availability of a Sony DSC-P200 camera around noon, I was told it was in stock and would ship out of Calif, the next day. I then placed my order on line, right away. Within 30 min I received a call from a customer service rep wanting to verify my shipping address. Well after he did, he began to ADVISE me that I needed to buy a second battery because the battery that came with it would only give me 17 shots. "First lie" because I know that the battery that comes with it lasts for 200 mins. Then he said if I bought the battery he would throw in a card reader worth $60 ($20 would even be pushing it) I said I din't need it because the camera is USB2.0 that you plug right into your computer. He said NO THAT WOULD NOT WORK.???? I told him I just wanted the camera and then he tried to sell me the warranty saying that I could not buy it later (LIE). I finally hung up with him then called back @ 5:30 PM the SAME day to check on my order and a new guy tried to presure me into buy the same stuff and after I told him I just wanted the camera he said OK it will take 3-5 weeks and be shipping out of Canada now. After hearing that I told him I wanted to cancel my order. He ask why and I said it was because they lied to me when I placed the order and was told it was in stock and shipping out of Calif. He said OK and hung up. This is the most Deceitful Company I have ever dealt with."

"These guys are crooks!! I bout a nikon D70 from them. They assured me it was a USA model (not a grey market import) When I recieved the camera it was without proper paperwork that would say it was intended for US sale. I called to get a RA number. There was no problem getting the number. they said they would refund my money as soon as they recieved the camera. I used delivery confirmation so I know when they recieved it. I have made about 10 phone calls over the last month and I have no camera and no refund, but I do have plenty of excuses. Every time they called I would be on hold forever and would be told "you should recieve your money in a few days. If not call us back." Bull #$%^!! these guys are crooks. They also operate under Circuit digital, Best Buy Digital and Esupersave."

"I've read so many reviews of outfits like OneClickDigital.Com, (aka - CircuitDigital.Com) that I wasn't surprised by their routine.

I ordered a Canon Optura 30 video camera over the internet as they had one of ther best prices available. The next day I received the "Call" from a sales associate who began by telling me what a great camera it was and I'd really enjoy it.

He proceeded to inform me that the battery which came with the unit would only last 30 minutes and that it would take 3 (yes, THREE) days to recharge. Of course they had extra batteries they could sell me for $100-$150, and how many did I want? I declined the batteries.

He then said they had a great deal on memory cards ($100) which I also declined.

Then came the pitch for the extended warranty (also declined)

I explained very calmly and politely that all I was interested in was the stock factory package that Canon ships...and that I hoped it wouldn't be a problem.

After a very terse "Enjoy your purchase", he hung up on me.

Within minutes, their websight showed that my order changed to "Back Ordered" status, even though the cameras were still advertised as "Available" in the order area - I was so surprised (NOT!)

I cancelled the order, paid $50 more for the same item from a reputable dealer, and I'll have it tomorrow.

As I said, I should have known better - but since I was prepared and somewhat expecting their shenanegans, I only lost a day in the process of my purchase.

Hopefully, to those of you reading this, you won't waste youe time and/or efforts on these guys in the future.
