"I never write reviews, but this company is running such an incredibly brash scam that there is no other choice. What they do is advertise prices that are literally hundreds or in some cases thousands of dollars below other reputable web sites. Then, when you place the order, you automatically get an email that says you have to call to "confirm your order." Once you call, they attempt to:

1. Sell you items that are supposed to be included with your purchase per the manufacturers specs. For example, I went to purchase a high-end projector that comes with two bulbs and a bunch of accessories standard. When I called, they told me I had to purchase a bulb for the projector at 2X the normal price. When I called the manufacturer of the projector, they told me that their units ship with the bulbs and the ONLY way for a reseller to sell a unit without a bulb is to physically open the package and remove the standard item. SCAM!

2. They try to sell you ridiculous add-ons at insane prices, claiming you need them for your product to function properly. Most of the time the insurance is not even fully relevant to the project.

3. They often ship items that they claim are new but are clearly refurbished, used or worse yet.... DOA. Then, when you try to return the item, they charge you ridiculously high "restocking" fees, won't refund your shipping costs, and make you ship the defective item back with no refund.

The sales people try to make you feel as if you don't know what you're talking about. Unfortunately, with me... they got someone who is well versed in their products and could refute their claims.

I am contacting the consumer fraud division in the state in which they are doing business because I feel so strongly about their blatant disregard for consumer protection laws."

"Ordered an Olympus Stylus 820. Got the camera and it was obviously used and broken. I have tried to call them and get a recording that says "thank you and goodbye". "Delivered an inoperable Olympus 1030 SW and then refused to pay return shipping. Customer service rep advised that after examining the returned camera they would send a replacement. If I decided to request a refund, they were going ro charge a hefty fee even though the item was not being returned to stock. Really poor customer service/relations."

When i called the guy was pleasant enough until he tried to drop the bomb on me by saying it didn't come with a battery or charger! BUT i already figured they would try to pull that so i said i already had one- small fib but i had found one for $13 which is a a lot better than their quoted $300. I ordered the Nikon Coolpix L18 8MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom RED. The price was very cheap. A few days later I got a call from a very pushy guy trying to sell me a battery charger and batteries for $50. I told him I already had a charger and batteries that I bought for $15. He tried to tell me how I had to use certain brand batteries or the warranty wouldn't hold up. Then when I was very stern in telling him NO he moved onto trying to sell me a media card. I interrupted him and told him that I already bought a 2GB card off of Ebay for $8 and that included shipping he let up and then moved onto trying to sell me a warranty on the camera. I couldn't get a word in. Finally when I turned him down he told me that my camera would ship tomorrow and for me to have a nice day. Then I get an email saying that my order was on back order for 6 to 8 weeks and I can cancel it if I want. I was very angry and called them and told them so and also canceled the order. SCAMMERS!!!

"Buyer beware! Please read reviews on this company before making your purchase! They show you the lowest price, but then you must contact them to confirm your order. My camcorder started at $559 for the package I wanted. The sales rep had me setup with the $1199 package that I did not want or need. "Well same basic senario..It's a fraud too good to be true.. The outstanding question since they do everything to avoid selling you the product how do they make money.. I am led to believe perhaps they sell customer information, since they accept web orders however as stated 20 times previously try to upsell or they start in the scripted "no battery" line. In an effort to see this through I contacted the better business bureau which as expected is not willing to do anything. I am slightly irritated over wasted time and provind my best effort to get to an end result for this issue. Since this website is hosted at register.com, I would suggest voicing your concerns to register.com legal department email address ****@**** will help them understand the impact. The intent is since this comapny provides no merchandise your can't easily place criminal charges, and I have never had positive action result from BBB filing. So the next best thing is to cost them money by sending an email with your experience or simply provide a link back to resellerratings.com. There is no real risk its the truth after all, I have done busness with register.com in the past and have had all positive experiences. I would expect when they see the impact and are made aware of the issue they will take the appropriate actions to remove this domain. "Run far, run fast from this company. Tried to order a "Nikon 105mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S VR Autofocus Lens" for $529.00 as listed on their website, was informed I ordered the "wrong lens" that this was the "plastic version" and what I wanted was the "glass version" that was $999 as Nikon does not make plastic lenses (nevermind a f/2.8 VR plastic lens) and $999 is more than the MSRP for the "glass version". When I requested they simply ship what I ordered their response was to cancel my order and hang up. Not only did I not get the product advertised at the price advertised, I canceled my credit card."

I spoke with Dave who claimed that I had not put the address in the appropriate area therefore must just confirm the shipping address. "I was looking for a Garmin Nuvi 760 and found one at On Time Digital at a price that seemed too good to believe, so I called. I waited for about 25 minutes to talk to a woman who was clearly untrained in customer call centers. I asked if the products were new or refurbished, she replied that all their products are new. I ended the call still believing their price might be a mistake, but took the woman at her word and made the order.

Once I made the order I waited for a confirmation email. It came three days later! I was so anxious to receive my GPS unit that three-day wait was excruciating, and it was only to receive an automated confirmation. But... it wasn't automated.

Dave Weston, an alledged On Time Digital representative, emailed me. 'Dave' ASKED ME TO CALL TO CONFIRM MY ORDER ***-***-**** x207). My first thought was that I had already confirmed my order when I submitted my approval to charge my credit card. But, I called. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach 'Dave', I called the main number and waited to speak to an associate.

I waited over a half hour to finally speak to a gruff individual who politely looked up my order and promptly informed me that he "noticed that I didn't order any maps with this unit." Knowing the unit COMES PRELOADED WITH MAPS, I told him that his website does not reflect such a condition when purchasing the unit and he will cancel my order and will not charge my credit card for the order or a restocking fee.

His reply was, "I would LOVE to", and he hung up.

I called Garmin to ask about the possibility of a reseller offering their Nuvi 760 without maps. Their first question to me was, "is the company out of New York?" ... and it is! Garmin continued saying that they have been getting complaints from people who have purchased their units from a company in New York.

I took the time to review OnTimeDigital.com to let future smart shoppers know how important it is to be careful who you purchase from. I have read previous warnings and I believe them to be true based on my own experience and the care that this website (sellerratings.com) takes to verify that raters do not make untrue and unsubstantiated claims against online sellers.

Whatever positive ratings OnTimeDigital may have on this site are grossly outnumbered by negative experiences and grave warnings to shoppers. Please take this fact into consideration before attempting to purchase from On Time Digital. "
