After showing shipping status with Ekart Logistics on 1st August and arrived at a courier facility .....nothing happened till date. When we contact customer care immediately they will update another date. Also they hide cancel option and asking us to cancel the order . When we ask for refund Flipkart executive will contact us and we can communicate either in hindi or English. They need customers of all language but don't want to communicate in customer's comfortable language. They will speak for hours and when we demand refund or product immediately update another date
Instead of cheating like this they can beg. Fraud Flipkart."

"I ordered "Haier 565 L Frost Free Side by Side Refrigerator" on 24th Oct 2018.

The guys who came for delivery - they were highly arrogant and had very bad attitude. They had no interest to deliver the product to 2nd floor. First they started by fussing about the weight of the product, then they discussed among themselves and on the phone about how to handle the problem so that they do not have issues their side.
Without my permission they clicked photographs at the staircase as a proof to upload their side that there is no space available. When I demanded to talk to their incharge - because the photos are not taken correctly - that guy on the phone warns me -- "raise a complaint to whoever you want - I know how to handle the complaints, I have photos as proof". They made a huge scene trying to convince me that the 3 feet wide staircase which is open on 1 side - staircase has 6'X5' area in the turning - is not sufficient to lift the product. Overall - the guys have no sense of how to do a job, how to handle a package, no interest in thinking of a solution or a workaround. They just drove away with the product.

Those guys just wanted an excuse of denying the delivery. Each and everyone I spoke to for this order - are very rude employees of Flipkart. Even the Customer care guy hung up on me when I tried to make a complaint and enquire about cancellation of the order.
Only the second Customer care executive gave me answers.

"I had ordered for a Haier Automatic washing machine on exchange for my old machine. The delivery took 4 days to arrive and on the day delivery day 2 delivery guys came to inspect the exchange washing machine and it looked as if they were just finding reasons to not accept the exchange and were giving all lame reasons . My old washing machine worked perfectly fine the only thing that was missing was a bottom cover under the machine as claimed by him.
I was highly disappointed by their service and had to cancel the order with Flipkart as they denied to take the exchange. Please refrain buying any product from omintech"

Product is not even cooling. its a 3 star AC which consuming electricity more than one star AC.
