"Ordered 1 ton Samsung inverter AC with copper condenser priced at 31,490/- from flipkart from this seller. After 2 days the seller brought down the price to 29,200.
I received the product with complete different design i.e. is completely plain and completely different from the description. The next was shocker. I called up the Samsung customer care to register the product and it came to my surprize -the product I received was of Alloy condenser and not a copper condenser which is around 5000/- to 6000/- cheaper than copper condenser.
If I wouldnot have called up the samsung I would have not come to know- This is how the seller tries to cheat you. Placed return request to Flipkart waiting for the product"
"I bought a Split AC from Flipkart. On the date of delivery, the order was canceled by the team and advised me to order again if I desire. I order ed again though they increased the price. Before ordering I noticed that it was mentioned there on that page that Installation charge is paid. (means included together). Once I ordered the unit and finally I checked the details I found that Installation charge is the extra amount. The page is controlled by the team and whatever modifications they require, they do. Anyway, the unit was delivered on 11th April 2018. I got information that someone will come for installation on 13th April 2018. Since then I sent 5 emails to them but no proper reply, just informing to get resolved with 24 hours. The person who delivered the unit not allowed me to open the parcel. saying once you open, then the warranty is gone. I have not yet opened the parcel and I do not know whether there is an AC unit or some junk inside the box? I am going to the Consumer Court."

"The furniture I ordered, bookshelf came with missing parts. The refund, replace request cancelled by Omnitech. This seller is not even bothered to address the mistakes made by him. Most sellers if they miss, they send the missing parts and refund or replace. But this Omnitech wont do that. Flipkart are bunch of screw ups, who are calling me, instead of calling the seller and address the issue.
The half cooked product is lying idle in my house worth 10K.
The arrogant seller needs to be taught a lesson in person. One day we will take care of him for good.
In the meantime, People dont waste your time and money and place an order with this seller on flipkart or elsewhere"

"Omnitech is a great service if you don't mind them trying to sell you extensions and special offers every other time you contact them. Fix it first, if I am enrolled... then sell me the continued coverage. Also, at first they contacted you if you got disconnected. Now it's 50/50 if you get a call back.
It seemed like the last problem I had two techs just got frustrated and gave up. It took three further contacts to get cleared up. They solve only the immediate problem and get you running without delving any further into underlying symptoms. Their techs are very knowledgeable but need a little nudging to be thorough. But I would recommend them to anyone using Windows. (I find that price seems to be negotiable.)"
