Processing your order will generally take at least a week. Once processed - it goes down to the warehouse - which can take another week before the order is picked and packed. Shipping labels are printed = and you are notified the package has shipped... It has not shipped... The shipping will typically take another week to get to you on the East coast - longer on the west coast. So = three weeks from order until receipt.... This is if all goes right.
The last 2 orders have taken 6 weeks to receive. I currently have one in for 2 months - (August 18th) which I have called on twice. Both times they said they had to resend the order to the warehouse - as they sometimes lose them (Can't make this stuff up). When I asked if the order could be expidited because of the problem - I was told no.
You can get a live person on the phone if you call. Generally - they are very nice - but are not authorized to fix the problem. While I appreciate the local phone support - the company could be SO MUCH BETTER with a little dose of make the customer happy.
I hope they actually read these reviews and are proactive in solving thier issues. I want to see them succeed and thrive in the Philadelphia suburbs rather than lose my business to overseas vendors. Sadly - over the last few months - I have been getting my Asian shipments faster than a local ship from Philly."
