"When placing my orders online it is done with much ease. Orders are processed in a timely manner and then sent out. I have only received two orders with incorrect items sent and Customer Service was very helpful in helping me to correct this error. The only thing that I am disappointed in is when ordering items sometimes supplies run out without knowing until I receive the order and credit is issued. Also, hoping out of stock dvds and or blu-rays can be re-stocked asap. Thanks for the great service."
"I received my Oldies.com order today and I'm mostly satisfied. One of the DVDs was loose in the case and when I opened it the disc was scratched up, but for the price I paid for it, it's not worth paying to ship it back for replacement/credit.
The other problem, which I've complained about previously, is that you don't know about items that aren't shipped with your order until you actually receive it. None of the email notifications tell you if any item within the order isn't shipped. I'm looking at my order page and there's no indication that anything wasn't sent. The only idea I had any item wasn't included was comparing the charge on my credit card versus the invoice on the order page. One item wasn't included and does show on the packing slip. I looked on the Oldies.com site, and the item shows available for purchase with no counter (and that was how it appeared when I placed the order), so I'm unsure as to why the item wasn't sent.
Oldies.com is a great site to find unusual and hard-to-find items, but their communications leave a lot to be desired. And I experienced this prior to the COVID pandemic, so it's nothing to do with that. I'll still shop at the site, but they're far from perfect.

"I ordered Charmed the complete series from oldies.com on Nov 1. It's now 12.07.2020. I called oldies.com three times. I spoke with three different people. They keep saying the same thing. Your will be shipped in two days. One of the people I spoke with had a British accent. He told me he doesn't know why my order wasn't shipped. I received no confirmation of my order via email. Still waiting for my order to arrive at my home."
