Elyse was very helpful and understanding, figured out what was going on with my order and was able to correct the issue. She even sent me an email back to let me know it had been corrected.
The scale arrived on time and works well, and the price was better than any other online retailer I could find."

I have been looking for a digital kitchen scale and find the new ones are basically quick and dirty junk that has plastic parts or don't weigh accurately. I have found Salter scales in the past to be reliable and accurate. Hopefully this one will prove to be that. "The service was a 10, but the scale was 8 as advertised +/- .1 g but if u use the other units of measurement to get a more precise measurement it falls short. I have found other less expensive scales with bbq the same specification down to +/- .01gn."

"I have ordered five My Weigh postal machines over the years and have loved every one! I am a pedigreed cat breeder and weigh my babies in grams and ounces every day and need an accurate, easy to use scale. These scales have a bin that holds the kitten perfectly up to about six weeks old when they are too wiggly. My most recent purchases have been the 7001 units and I have given a couple as gifts to other breeders who think they are the best thing since sliced bread. If I ever have an issue, Old Will Knott bends over backwards to make it right, even replacing a scale I could not get to work anymore as they are guaranteed for 30 years. I will continue to use them for any scale need (I have bought a baby scale for the big kitties) and will continue to give them as gifts. I love this company!"
