"Type of message: undelivered goods / the seller does not respond to emails
On 11/11/2022, I ordered a spare part from the oldibikebarn.com website, it was a Kawasaki 77-80 KZ650 Cam Chain × 1 timing chain - $40.95 + USPS shipping to the Czech Republic - Total $77.60 USD. I made the payment in advance by credit card / the amount was deducted from my account. Today 14.12. is a package according to USPS tracking somewhere in Turkey in Istanbul. Last tracking record: Processed Through Facility TURKEY December 5, 2022, 10:11 am.
The seller does not respond to questions about the delivery and the reasons why the shipment is in Turkey. When ordering, the seller informed by the time of delivery: Shipping method Priority International (3-10 Business days).
I sent an email to the seller about a full refund for the non-delivery of the goods - the seller does not respond.

"I ordered 4 spark plugs for my XJ750. I got 3 in the mail, and I emailed them asking if they could send the 4th that I ordered. I sent them a picture of what I received and a person responded promptly and they sent another one without any hassle. The initial order was a mistake I'm sure, but major props for the customer service and free extra delivery. So rare in online orders these days."
