"Wow, If negative numbers were available I would give it to this company. I thought about not ordering from them but I really love Bazzill paper. I ordered 2 retired packs from them in Jan. to be delivered the week of 3/18. I got no response from them after waiting 1 1/2 weeks past the delivery time. I wrote and they said the order form "clearly stated" shipped the week of 3/18. OK I get that but it is now 2 weeks past that date. Were is my paper?
I also ordered a Cutterpillar Pro from them with a delivery date of April 5th. When I wrote them regarding the paper they informed me that it will not even be in their hands until mid May. I am very unhappy with the service and the attitude of the people there. They take money from people and then the waiting begins. I am thru with them! Beware!

"VERY disappointed. I ordered mine beginnning of DECEMBER 2012, and not it is more than 3 months later in March and I still have not heard. Originally my Silhouette Cameo was supposed to ship middle of January and then they said end of February. So 2 weeks ago I emailed them saying I would want a refund if it was not shipping soon and in order of who ordered first. They assured me it would be shipping possibly the next week.....I still haven't received a notification of shipment, nor an email letting me what is going on with my purchase. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! If there are sooo many people experiencing the same thing then there has to be something we can do. Especially since, like one person said, they called Silhouette America to be told that all shipments are out and they aren't backordered. At the very least with how long this is taking we should be getting updates every 2 weeks. Instead the last email I received was back in January letting me know it was now backorderd into February. Yes they did offer me a refund back on February 1, however it said "We can refund you if you cannot wait another 3-4 weeks for you item, but we do expect to ship it within the next 3-4 weeks, hopefully sooner." So I said, heck I'll wait, it's only another month."

"I paid via pay pal for the order, back in Jan; I wrote and asked where the order was middle of Feb. I was told the item just came in and they would ship it that week. 1 1/2 weeks later I asked them why I'd not heard from them - then I got an email saying they were processing the order.... it's been 3 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. I tried calling - all lines put me on hold - than after a while beeped and said that I didn't leave a message (I was supposed to be waiting to talk to someone). There was no way to leave a message. I emailed 3 times with no response. I said I'd contact pay pal for a refund .... and I got a response - that if I want to cancel an order - they will do that I don't need to deal through pay pal. I said I'd give them today and if I get a shipped email notice - I'll let it go - other wise I'll cancel through pay pal.
Terrible, terrible service. If they have product and can't get it shipped within 3 weeks - they need to hire more workers OR get out of the business!!! But why when they have all our money for sooooo long.
UPDATE March 19th. I emailed them again and they responded that they found out yesterday that they didn't have all types of paper in the shippment that they got 3 weeks ago!!! It took them 3 weeks to find out they don't have it. So I cancelled and I'll see how long it takes to get the money back!!! Worst customer service I've seen.

"If I could give 0 stars, it would be too many for this online company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I got suckered in on one of their 'too-good--to-be-true-emails' that I get at least 2 or 3 times each day. I love Bazzill paper & when they had an 'even't for the retired colors, I bought all 3 different packs. This was back in Jan. The response to my 1st email: would be mailed the week of 2/17. Response to 2nd email: will mailed week of 2/25. That same week, my account password no longer worked so I sent several emails asking for my password to be reset and for status on my order. Rcvd very long but irrelevant reply - more like FAQ cut & paste. I sent yet another email (they don't EVER answer their phone line) and said I would contact my credit card company for a refund. Response email stated that the order status was changed to 'processing' - WHAT does that even mean? It certainly doesn't say shipped so I'm wondering how much longer before I actually receive the order??? I'm beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business or just a scam. CAVEAT EMPTOR!"

"Absolute Joke is what OH My Crafts is.. They seriously are taking people’s money and earning interest off of it while we all patiently waiting for these fantastic deals they are offering. BEWARE I contacted the Silhouette Cameo company and they informed me that all their shipments are current and out, so OH My Crafts is a bunch of bull. They either never ordered these items or have the items and like I said are banking on interest of thousand of buyers me included until today... I would seriously BEWARE BEWARE of this company, unless you want to give your money away for free stay clear of OH MY CRAFTS !!!!!!!!!!!"

"oh My Crafts has a excellent selection of crafting supplies. I got 15 cartridges for under 100.00 for the Slice. That is a amazing deal. Retail value 700.00 to me that is worth waiting a couple weeks. Yes they have the slowest shipping and sometimes items are out of stock. but they always refund you and they package items well"

"The worst exprience ever!!!! They offered Big Shot Machine with Free SIZZIX ALPBABET BONUS, they never sent the alphabet and Mrs. Heather which is rude on her manners told me that it was a "while supplies last offer" but that is a total lie!!! I have a lot of complaints with this store, they have no Customer Service, they just want to scam people with ther offers, they sell not in stock items, they charge you for them instantly and ship them one month after, so they are not investing a penny, they are purchasing your machine with your own money with a profit for them... too smart!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING STORE!!!! Don´t fall for their shiny deals, you´ll end up scammed!"

"HORRIBLE service.
There may be some discount ordering from this company but, once the order is placed, the waiting game begins (but your card is charged).

I could see my first order, a cameo silhouette, being delayed. It's a very big ticket item and the price was great. However, my second order was just normal vinyl: something that should be in stock or replenished within a week--not several months!
I'd rather pay regular price and get the supplies I order in a resoanable time. I placed an order before labor day during the store's Labor Day Sale exact date unknown right now)and I'm still WAITING for that order.

Do yourself a favor and order from a different company. The order may be slightly more in price--or the same or less, depending on sales-- but at least you'll have the materials in your hands within a reasonable time.

By the way, customer LIP service means nothing if you can't get the order out. Saying it is on back order means nothing except "I don't have the stuff you ordered even though it's been MONTHS since you placed the order"

Sorry OMC. I thought you would be a great place to shop. Unfortunately, your business practices make it a horrible headache.

"******************BEWARE OF OH MY CRAFTS!!******************

What a nightmare! Oh My Crafts will have huge, what seems to be great sales yet they don't even have the merchandise in stock to sell. They charge you the second you click the button and then the waiting game starts. I ordered $118.00 work of Sizzix dies. When I emailed asking when they would be shipped they said that Sizzix hadn't shipped them the order yet but they should have it in a week. So they were blaming Sizzix for the delay. The next week I emailed again and got the same response. In the mean time they still have the same items on their site for sell when they don't even know when or if they will get them.

I finally requested a full refund. I received an email from Heather and Kevin telling me the refund had been made. I called my Credit Card company this morning and it still isn't back into my account. If they can take the money so fast why can't they refund it that fast??

I also suspect all the high ratings are coming from within the company! After posting my problem to my VERY LARGE Yahoo group I've received dozens and dozens of emails from people that have had the same problem. NOT ONE told me they received their order without problems and delays.

"I love OH My Crafts! Yes, they do have slow shipping times but their customer service is stellar! Each call and inquiry I have made has been respectfully and promptly answered. I have experienced some frustration with their shipping times but they are always great to include a free gift or gift card if the wait time is excessive. A friend of mine although terribly upset by the delay associated with her order exclaimed that not only did she receive stellar service (and yes she is still waiting for her machine) but she has received more than $30 in free product due to the wait time....WOW!

I have experienced nothing but wonderful care and service on their behalf. I do not like some of the extended delays but I would recommend this company because they care about their customers and take very good care of each inquiry in a timely manner and even provide additional items as an apology if you have to wait an extended period of time due to some delay.

"I have been ordering from OMC for over 2 years. I NEVER get an order in less than 6 weeks, most of the time it's even longer. Contacting customer service only results in a rude response and is of no help at all. I have ordered from many companies that are further away than OMC and gotten my order in 2 - 3 days! I placed a "pre-order" for 2 items that would be available at the end of August. It is now October, and no items, no contact, nothing. When I contacted customer service in September with no results other than a rude response. I honestly do not know how they stay in business. I will never order from them again."

"Oh My Crafts is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! They charge you for items they never ship. Its been 2 months since I have purchased the Cameo and every week I email THEM and they push the date back. Why am I emailing them? They should be emailing me. So 2 months later I am still without my product I paid for months ago. The customer service is terrible and the owners might be seriously DUMB! How can you run a business like this? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ONLINE RETAILER!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! unless of course you like to pay for items you never receive."

"Poor service and inability to deliver merchandise-

I fell for it. I pre-ordered an item in May because of their claim, "Have it before anyone!" It has been 3 months since I ordered. The order was supposed to be shipped in late June. Then that estimate changed to late July, and now it's changed to late August. I think what bothers me most is that the item is available for purchase now at my local craft store. When I contacted their service to share that fact, I received a standard reply back that my order would ship when available. I was not allowed to cancel my order. I would NEVER order from this company again. If the item does not arrive by the end of this month I am going to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Buyer beware! You can find the same merchandise at other, reliable, retailers for the same price. Don't be a fool like me.
