I wanted to like this company.

"My wife wanted a pair of the 5.11 Raven tights, which were sold out everywhere. I found the Opsgear website, which showed the tights to be in stock. I ordered them on July 1st. The last wrk of July, they hadn't arrived. I called the customer service number. You don't get to speak to a human, but you can leave a voicemail. Inreceived an email reply stating that the tights would be available the first week of August. By mid august they hadn't arrived. I left both voicemail and email messages with no reply from Opsgear. The tights arrived early October, after my wife had ordered a pair and received them the last week of August. I'd return my Opsgear order, but I dont want to go through the same ordeal contacting the company. Now my wife has two pairs of Raven tights. "

Slow.... Awful customer service. A SCAM!

"After making my purchase, I waited three weeks for a shipping update and I got nothing so I emailed their so called "customer service" and got a super vague email from a John... Saying that they were being slowed down and running behind and their inventory was low. I then tried to email John again after another three weeks and thefe was no reply what so ever. I then looked on review websites and they all said that this OPSGEAR was a scam. However, after two and a half months of waiting for my order, it magically arrived in my mailbox... I was shocked, but more satisfied, like I had my revenge haha I will never do business with OPSGEAR again."

Worst experience I have ever had.

"To put it short, I ordered stuff, never received it. The entire process was over a two month period, but while I was deployed I ordered some uniform items, and first I never recieved an order confirmation. Three weeks after I ordered the items, I finally got receipt. Then I inquired about my order and they said it had not even been shipped from a warehouse to their location. So we are at 4 weeks from ordering and my order has not even left the states. I asked for a refund and no response. I asked again to no avail. It was not until I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and threatened them with legal action did I get a response, and within minutes of sending the email did I get a response that said they would issue me a refund. I tried calling their company several times and never got through. Once I got to an answering machine, but no response. I contacted a business that was supposedly next door to them and the company I talked to said they were no longer at the location listed on their website. So after two months, I finally got a refund after threatening legal action and never got my gear. Go to Amazon, got the same stuff, cheaper, and in two weeks (ordered from a deployed location)."

Extremely unhappy

"I could not get any contact from customer service until I had attempted to almost a dozen times. The "assistance" that I received was the worst that I have received in a very long time from any company. I had requested my order canceled a week and a half after I had ordered it and it still had not shipped though it said it had online, and it was not canceled at all nor have I received the refund that I would told would be coming and I still have not received my products though I was told they had shipped after I finally did receive contact back.

I use tactical equipment every day, I am going to spend the money no matter what, but at this point I will never use this company again.

The service, shipping times, and price do not equate to a good enough value for me to purchase from this company ever again.

How are you still in business?

"Ordered $450 worth of stuff. Next day found better deals so I canceled the order. Order was canceled according to "joshua" kept getting mailing updates that my package was making itsure way to somewhere not ever close to my address (I live in canada it shipped to Ohio or something) tried to get in contact with someone multiple times to get my money back or figure out what the hell is going on. Still haven't heard anything it's been almost a month. Do not order from here. I ordered from SKD.COM had a great experience. "

Worst company I've ever dealt with

"Multiple PayPal desputes later I get my package a month and shall later and to only receive half of what I ordered not to mention wrong size and color and the other half had to be desputed for through PayPal aswell customer service is not existent. Will never buy from agian and would never recommend anyone go there either."

"I got two pairs of one of the two things I ordered, Tried to call them about it but couldn't for the life of me reach a customer sales rep. After digging and trying every phone number I could find I got a hold of another department and they finally sent me the item missing from my order."

Wont do business with....

"They mis-marked item online and I ordered, payed, received a receipt for my purchase and then the CC caompany said "I" cancelled the order, which was NOT true. I emailed OPSGEAR about this, their reply was they wouldn't take such a loss on the item even if it was their fault, so they cancelled my order. I told them I had a receipt, they needed to honor it like a normal retailer does. They refused, replies were less than professional in my opinion. This equated in no more business from me nor anyone I know, I made sure to spread the word to my inner circle. I should have researched more on them, as I am not alone in my opinion. Either way, they are now off my approved vendor list."
