"I ordered and axle on June 30th, PAID EXTRA for expedited shipping via UPS 2 day air. Should have had it by July 3rd.... I emailed them on July 6th asking for refund of the EXTRA I paid for shipping, and have gotten NO RESPONSE. Received it today July 7th! When I got the package it was horrible. It looked like it was thrown off the truck multiple times. Didn't even need to remove anything to get open and inspect axle. Slid right out, and of course it was damaged!
Unless they have something you can't get anywhere else... purchase from another supplier!
They did expedite a replacement axle had it in 4 days!

"I ordered a kit then followed by a few additional parts. The parts took forever to get to be but little did I know that FedEx damaged/lost the package and delayed the order. Excited to finally get my long awaited package I would upset to find 2 Axle shafts missing. I immediately filed a claim with OMB and with in hours they followed up with an email and then sent the items that same day. Fantastic efficiency and customer service. "Paid For second option shipping method US Postal Service $78.23. Was shipped FedEx for $52.06. And was told Shipping estimates are quotes only and I was short four dollars for US Postal Service. It actually amounted to $85. Is what I was told over the phone. So Instead they end up shipping FedEx for $52.06 instead leaving a difference of $26.17. Which is what they ripped me off. Terrible scam company. Would not recommend it to anybody unless you’re desperate"
