"Parts received on time after I turned blue waiting for tracking info.
The promised e-mail containing same never arrived. Yesterday's voice mail to customer service on this subject was never returned. But.... rapture and joy.... my parts arrived today... one day before expected.
High marks for price and delivery.....
process visibility and customer communications.... "not so much".

"We've been buying from Nyetex for a few years now. Before they were an online store, they were a store in Santa Monica, CA. We're very happy with there products, prices and customer service. We are mostly buying equipment for video and audio post-production, such as workstations and peripherals."

"After receiving an order confirmation email from Nyetex the same day I ordered a factory re-certified HP tablet PC on their website on Saturday, I then heard nothing further for several days. Finally on Tuesday afternoon I got on their website and sent an email to customer support asking whether my order had already been shipped. I knew my credit charge had been charged immediately when I placed the order. If the order had already been shipped, I asked them to send me a tracking number since I selected Fedex ground shipping. If it had not been shipped I asked them to reply and let me know when it would be shipped.

Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zippo. No reply.

On Thursday after still receiving no reply I called them late in the afternoon and reached someone in customer service. I asked for the status of my order. After checking and some uncertainty they said it would be shipped out that day (Thursday). I asked if they would be emailing me a tracking number. They said yes. Okay, fine.

Friday afternoon -- nothing. No response to the email I submitted on their website, no email confirming shipment pursuant to my phone conversation with them on Thursday afternoon. I called them again on Friday afternoon. After some hemming and hawing and a great deal of uncertainty, the guy on the phone told me it looked like the order had been shipped but he had no tracking number available and his colleague wasn't there so he couldn't check with him. I asked him if he would please find a way to get the tracking number and let me know what it is. After a delay of several more minutes he said the order was definitely shipped and I would receive an email with the tracking number. Not great, but okay.

Friday night I received an email from Nyetex stating the order was shipped and a subsequent email would contain the tracking number.

Later Friday night I received another email stating the order was shipped and a subsequent email would contain the tracking number.

It's now early Saturday evening more than 24 hours after my second phone conversation with him on Friday afternoon. I have still have not received an email or any other notification containing a tracking number to confirm that the order was definitely shipped and is on its way.

The order may, indeed, have been shipped and be on its way. I guess I won't know for sure until about 7-10 business days goes by to see if anything shows up. If nothing shows, I'll be on the phone with my credit card company filing a fraud claim.

Even if the product does show up, my experience with Nyetex is anything but a shining example of good service and good customer service. Based on my experience, even though the price of the re-certified HP tablet I purchased was not a bad price, I could not and would not recommend this company as a good one to give your business to.

"My experience with Nyetex.com was horrible. Against my intuition, I submitted my order and was asked to input the same information I already entered. I had a bad feeling about the seller and I was right on target. Without any contact, they charged my card after cancelling my order. Had I not bookmarked the site and gone back a couple of days later I would not have known they pulled that scam. According to others and my own experience, they offer items for sale at the lowest online price but do not have the products in stock. That is fraud and shame on Google for adding them and other scam artists to their lists of reliable retailers. Bad..."

"I ordered my product online. Online site does not show whether it is in stock or not. Order was cancelled by Nyetex but payment has not been returned back to my credit card. Online website should be updated about available stock & should not debit payment if order is cancelled. I still waiting return my payment, otherwise I have to dispute it with my credit card company."

"It took six day for processing my order plus 1 week of shipping, seller refused to help with a faster shipping, also refused with a refund, I sent more than 10 emails with no answer, more than 25 calls with no answer.

Judge by you self. This guys have no idea about customer service. No idea in how to give solutions. Worst transaction in 10 years of Experience with online providers.
