"Amount of trouble am having making this evaluation form work says something about my computer skills! Learned about NuTrend from a newstand computer magazine, which for months has listed one of their products in the top buys category. Compared specs/price with what is at local outlets of national chains. Not even close. For me this is a huge purchase, certainly an on-line record. Customer line guy was super. Helped me configure what i wanted, than was supportive in reconfiguring that to lower the final price. Item came faster than promised. The computer is a gem - very easy set up instructions, good documentation, and astonishing features for the money. Would contact these people first in the future. My exuberance has already rubbed off on a friend who has contacted NuTrend for a computer. Is a delight to deal with a company that is first rate in all the phases I see - sales, informing me of what is happening as the order is processed, design, and price. To add to all this, just got a message that something else is en route to me....some sort of present for being a customer. Am earnestly hoping I do not wake up!

"I recently purchased a desktop system from Nutrend and had a very positive experience. The prices were the lowest I found and the turnaround time was not bad (~ 2 weeks). Everything worked right out of the box. They even included some nice extras: all needed cables, documentation and a binder to keep everything organized. One hint to anyone interested in purchasing a system is to configure to your desired machine from several of their prepackaged offerings. They do not all end up at the same price. I found I got a better price when starting with their most expensive package and configuring down rather than vice versa. The difference is small but every little bit helps. I can't speak to their customer service except to say that in my one phone call to them about a problem with partitioning a hard drive the person took the time to listen to my problem and offer some ideas though ultimately I had to solve my own problem. All in all I've been very pleased."
