Good deals come at a cost. Non-existant customer service and losts of order mess-ups

"The last several times I have ordered from them have been extremely poor. On my last order, they ran out of several items and gave me a different flavor of the same product without asking whether I would like to be refunded or given the alternative flavor (I would not have ordered the alternative flavor).

They failed to provide all of the products I paid for and they didn't give me a refund (approximately $50 worth of a $100 order).

I called, left messages, emailed, and messaged their chat-bot to correct these issues. I did this multiple times over the course of 2 or 3 months and still have not received a response from nutraplanet.

Discount expired products are not such a good deal when half your order isn't filled. If you are skeptical, try to contact their customer service before placing an order. Even leave a message. I bet you never hear back from them.

thieves!!!!!!!!

"Ordered several items shipped two items with missing items. I had to follow up on missing items with no only to be told they don't have them in stock. They then offered me a refund which I opted for and never received!!!

Several emails and no response regarding my refund. This was a large order $400+

Just and awful run business wow

"This place just horrible. If you need help, have a question about your order, issues with your order, good luck. No one is there on the live chat line ever, they will not answer you emails, and they will not call you back if you leave a message on their machine they will not call you back. Hey here's an idea. Improve your customer service and you will get more sales more money repeat customers. This will be my final order. I payed for 2 day shipping and it's been 4 days and they haven't shipped my order yet and I can't get a hold of a soul to tell me what's going on. "

"Horrible customer service !! I paid for two day shipping it’s going on three weeks and no product . When I ordered it the website said it was in stock but apparently it wasn’t . I’ve sent several emails no response . Steer clear of this company no matter how good their deals because you’ll never receive the product . You’ve Been Warned !!! "

If you like gambling then you'll like nutraplanet

"they are a hit or a miss. They sometimes have irresistible deals, but like others mentioned, it feels like it's run by a bunch of drunk guys at a BBQ. A few years ago, I called them to inquire about a missing product from my package as it was apparently seized by customs, they weren't shy to laugh all together like it was a joke all while I was still on the phone with them. I'm not shocked, their site and customer service haven't changed much over the past 10 years. It feels like a business run by cavemen. But hey, if you get lucky with good deals, it's your gamble. "

Don't order from this place

"After they screwed up my first order I should have known better but I placed another order. One of the items were defective and so I sent a return request. They asked me to send pictures which I did. then...nothing. I resent pictures three times and left several messages..no return response. What horrible customer service. I get the impression its some one man operation run out of someones basement. Steer clear of this strange company. I use netrition.com now instead. Better prices and excellent customer service. oh yeah they emailed me a coupon code after messing up my first order and when I tried to use it on my second order i got an error message saying not valid. I emailed them about that also...no response"

WATCH OUT

"They never sent a replacement order or refunded a returned shipment...Talking to the owner (identified himself as Dennis Darroche) on more than one occasion and with several emails back and forth (from June 2014 to April 2016)...I came to to the conclusion that either he was incapable of logical thinking or that he was severely ethically challenged. His reasoning essentially was that since they had no proof that they had not sent a replacement order he could not refund me or replace the order...what!!! He finally offered a $100 Gift Certificate which I did not accept."

The pits!!

"Placed an order last Monday (week ago). Rec'd the automatic email order acknowledgement . . . Being processed. Nothing since then. I've contacted them 6 times (2 ea @ chat; email; phone) for order status, with no response at all. Fortunately I used PayPal, so my next step is to get a refund through them.
Terrible customer service, really, non-existent customer service so far!

"My husband received expired product twice in the past. He requested to have a refund the last time, which took them a MONTH to do. I placed an order and paid $10.80 for 2 day shipping TWO WEEKS ago, and online it says "processing." I've emailed twice and called to leave a voicemail and haven't had a response yet. They may have cheaper products, but do yourself a favor and use a reliable site to save yourself the hassle I'm experiencing! "
