"I placed an order around the beginning of October, right after I ordered I emailed to cancel the order because my boyfriend changed his mind. No response the order was sent anyway, no problem I'll just return it. Well trying to return something to them is quite the experience. I found out that they must not check their emails because I sent several of them, which explains why the order wasn't cancelled because it hadn't shipped till 3 days after I sent the email asking to cancel. Upon looking around their website I found a number that said contact for faster service and I called, it goes straight to voicemail it says leave your name and number and they'll get back to you immediately I waited probably 5-6 hours called again same thing...voicemail. I tried again the next day same thing...voicemail. Somewhere I stumbled upon an email ****@**** I emailed them asking for a return they emailed back probably within 15 minutes, so you must have to go on a scavenger hunt around their website and try all the contact methods to find one they answer to. I sent the package back and it says allow 3-5 business days for refund after the package has been delivered, I made sure I got tracking on it so they couldn't say it was lost! The package was delivered 8 days ago..still waiting on a refund and just emailed them hopefully it will come soon. My suggestion find a business with better communication and return processing. They have no customer service help AT ALL. My boyfriend nor I will be doing business with them anymore. "

You took payment for the promise of 3 day delivery on the 22nd Dec. You did request additional information (without explanation) and I supplied this on the 26th Dec.
US Postal Service tracking number CJ202297180US clearly shows (anyone can enter this number and see)that this was shipped 2 days later on the 28th of December and delivered 8 days later on Jan 5th.
So yes the delay WAS caused by your shipment method.
You seem to think service is making up bogus excuses.
I think you have again demonstrated you are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
