I got a confirmation email right away and the next morning received another email notifying me that the product was shipped. The email gave direct links to their website and a tracking link to UPS, which was very convenient. I emailed them a question because UPS stopped updating their tracking about halfway through the delivery process, and got a personalized (not automated) email back about 6 hours later explaining that they had contacted UPS and assured me that the package was still enroute.
