"Ordered for 2 day delivery to fix my laptop before I left on a trip. They sent it 4 day shipping to arrive the day I left. Kept saying I was rude and hanging up on me when I tried to call. They eventually adjusted the shipping and I recieved it in 2 days but it was like trying to pull teeth. Would not use unless there is no other option."

"The customer service is horrible. It takes months to get any response from customer service. They were give a oem part number sent the wrong part and because they claim that they tag there parts which the last 3 screw ups they dont tag there parts and then refuse to take them back if is does not have their tag. I have spent weeks trying to return items because customer service never calls back if you can even get them one phone. This is not the place to by parts from"

"I have gone around and around with these people for a simple laptop fan. They shipped the wrong part twice and have gone dark. Have left several messages on their message board. Days go by between replies. They are confused about the timeline of events.

I strongly recommend that you find a different vendor.

"I ordered a motherboard for a Dell Studio 1458 laptop, but the motherboard I received was not for that model of laptop. I tried calling their customer service to see why they had sent me the wrong board, and I had to call 8 times periodically throughout a normal business day to reach someone. When I finally got to speak to someone they told me their sales/purchasing person would call me back. I never received a call, and had to try again the next day.

I finally got to speak to someone named Mary, and she told me she didn't have an answer as to why I received the wrong board. She told me she would call me the next day with an answer, but she sent me an e-mail, instead. In the e-mail she told me that because the possibility exists that I could have taken the motherboard out of the packaging and damaged it they could not swap it out for the board I ordered. Are you kidding me?! You send me a product I didn't order and then say, "too bad!" They apparently do not have what I originally ordered in stock, either.

I would dispute the charge on my card, but I paid through Paypal, so that doesn't seem to be an option.

I'm out $265 because of these people, and I'm stuck having to try and sell this thing on Ebay. Do not ever do business with these people. You will regret it.

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I made the mistake of not reading the return policy. They charge a $25.00 restocking fee - or possibly higher depending on the cost of the item. I ordered a charger for a laptop that died before I ever used the charger. There are too many good companies out there that have good customer service - don't trust this outfit!!!"

"DO NOT do business with this company! They're selling (faulty) used parts as new and they will not respond to queries unless they have to. If I could rate this seller with negative stars they would get the max.

I ordered a "nVidia GeForce 7900 Video Card T238G" listed as "NEW" on next day shipment "FedEx standard overnight" at around Noon EST Tue 1 Nov for $255.95. There was no acknowldgement email and no indication the sale was complete. That day and the next morning I sent email to their sales to confirm - no answer. At about 11 AM the part arrived at my home. Sent another email to let them know. Almost immediately, I got a reply stating this was "great news". Inside the UPS overnight box was a thin, plastic FedEX bubble-wrap envelope floating around without extra packing. Inside the envelope was what looked like an old pink poly sleeve. The video card did not look new at all! In fact the cooling fins were bent and there was dust between accumulated between them. I needed to get my laptop running so I straightened out the fins and blew out the dust before installing it. Reboot failed with black screen and double-beep. I reinstalled my old board which comes up but has lines running accross it and it came up normally. Just to be sure, I re-installed the "NEW" part and it failed the same way.

It took me aother day and a half to get them to give me an RMA. Their first response (from Mariam) was a denial, stating that all their parts are brand new from Dell and that I must have done something wrong. They kept asking for different numbers on the board each time, apparently trying to drag things out or get me to give up. I sent the part out USPS insured with confirmation. Sent several more emails asking them to confirm receipt. Not until I sent the confirmation number and date/time I KNEW they received it did they acknowledge getting it. When I again got no word on status they finally answered saying it usually takes 1 or 2 days to process. On Nov 11 (Veterans Day - I am a Vet) they finally admitted that the part was bad and their other used parts were also bad. Finally they acknowledged it was a used part they were selling as new. Now they say they'll give me a refund. How much you want to bet I have to wait at least a week to get it?!

"Ordered a Dell U183K inverter for a studio one, their site said it was in stock on the 10th of December. Ordered it and no one called me/no arrival for a week. When I finally called a nice lady said that it was going to arrive the next week, and offered free overnight shipping. This did not happen. I called again, spoke to Bob, who said he was going to do some research and call me back in 5 minutes but never called back.

I called again and spoke to Bob, who then said I should cancel the order. Thanks guys! Give me my money back or I'll make you pay.

"We ordered a GATEWAY MB and they shipped an incorrect MB. After shipping back the incorrect part, we informed them we no longer needed the correct part due to lengthy time causing our customer to cancel the order. They still charged 25% restocking fee even after THEY said they would give us a full refund since it was their mistake. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Not a very helpful company at all. Your put on hold for long periods of time. The sales reps are not knowledgeable or don't understand what your request is. The Manager at first seems to be helpful but then turns out to be rude and inconsiderate. They make claims that there is something wrong with your credit card when there isn't and blames you for not being able to give them the information that they are asking for when you have spelled it out for them in detail. Won't verify or answer any of your questions for security measures."

"I ordered what was pictured and described as a replacement power supply from eMachines. What I received is a Compaq power supply with a sticker saying "eMachines" covering "Compaq". It appears to be compatible, but the Compaq version sells normally for $10 less that I paid. The power supply also heats up more than the "real" one. I e-mailed the company, but have received no reply. I will not order anything else from them unless they can explain what happened and send me the one I ordered. I would warn anyone who is considering doing business with this company."
