"The original delivery was a 9.9 pound hydraulic pump in a box with no packing material, and three large holes in the box caused by the pump moving around inside the box. I have pictures if you would like them. I called regarding the wrong part being delivered and the state of the package. When they asked about what the packaging slip said was delivered I told them there was no packing slip in the box no packaging material at all.

The person I talked to sent a replacement for the pruner and told me to package the pump in the box and told me to write the number on the box and write FedEx on the box. I received the replacement part in quick order. Two days later FedEx had not picked up the pump and later that day I received another electric pruner and refused receipt. I then called back to Northern Tool, and explained the situation and they put in an order ticket to FedEx to send the extra unit back and also one to return the Pump. I did not return the pump as received but put multiple layers of heavy paper and plastic bags around the pump and then used heavy duty packing tape to close the package and cover the holes that were in the box."
