So, it started out terrific. But then... website told me about a veteran's discount that would not work. Also, min order = free shipping ... except no it does not. Contacted the chat that promised me I would get a call the next morning from the parts dept ... which of course did not come. So I called, and waited on hold for 20 minutes and then just gave up. Called later (because I had made an order). The staff were very nice. Told me they would cancel the order and I could try again. Well, I have not received notification of the cancellation. Still waiting for the privilege of trying again to pay them for stuff. I guess I am not in the "please sir, may I have the first thing I paid for" state of mind that is the brave new world today."

At 8:30 the next morning, I got a call from the Parts Department (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) telling me that the one I ordered was not the right one for my VIN number.
