"Worse experience ever!!!! First I ordered my rug the first week of January 2012, a week later when I received no confirmation I called and was told it was on back order. The representative told me that if they could not fill my order by January 31st they would have to cancel the order per their policy. On January 31st they charged my card $236.75 still no correspondence from Nilima Rugs. I called again was told that the rug would be in on Friday and it would ship to me the following early the next week. I called again the following week and was told it took longer than expected to get my order out from their facility but I would ship tomorrow. Three days later I received an email with tracking number but no carrier information so I tried USPS number not found, next UPS again number not found, then FedEx number found item sue to arrive in New Jersey in 5 days. Great I thought except I like in California. I emailed they to tell them the shipment was going to the wrong address. They emailed me back and said that they would reroute the rug to the right address and it would be there tomorrow FedEx had made the correct change. Today that same package is headed to Pennsylvania and customer service can't ever verify what address the package is going to! Shady! So I asked to speak to someone that could help and was told that wasn't possible so I canceled my order and was told by the representative that she could not tell me what their policy is as far as returning the money to my card.
No way that I could ever recommend them to anyone!
