Nike ID order

"Ordered some 2 pair of Nike ID Air Force 1 tennis shoes. Were supposed to be here on or
before October 1, 2018. They sent me an email October 3, 2018 stating that it would be
on or before November 13, 2018, before the shoes would arrive. (SIX WEEKS LATE ! ) .
So, I cancelled the order. Nike rep that helped cancel the order was unapologetic about
it all. Bad service, Nike !

nike manoa down grade

"I ordered my third pair of Nike Manoa's on line. I have been wearing them for 3 years. I really liked the boot. They tend to be difficult to find so when I found them in my size I ordered them. Apparently Nike has changed the specs for this model. They are poor quality, poorly manufactured and worst of all, no longer leather but some synthetic junk upper (same price though).
Nike is no longer a manufacturer of quality products, but a high priced brand name/logo applied to low cost junk. No more Nike's for me.

No longer will buy nike

"There shoes are garbage over priced fall apart to quickly. And on top of it they hire someone who disrespects this country. And disrespects service men and women who have fought and died for our freedom. No longer will I buy there over priced cheap made products."

Dishonest and a liar!

"My recent order was for two pairs of Converse high top. One is great the other has been used and has many issues. staining and marks on sole and on shoes. sliver marker writing also. I contacted them for a replacement. First the rep said now problem and both were still in stock. I told them I need to return one pair only and will have to return first. I said ok. A few mins later they rep told me they then were out of stock the pair I want to exchange and can only get a refund. He said I can reorder again later....and provided me with a 15% off for them. I used a 30% for this order mind you and he basically said too bad. I then checked online to see if they have a similar pair and low and behold, the ones that was supposed to be out of stock is still in stock. I waited a week or so later and checked a few times and still in stock. What a crook and liar. Sending me a defective and used pair (which you can tell has been returned a few times) then lied. Nice shoes but horrible people."

Seriously

"we ordered 2 pairs of shoes from nike.com, for me and my husband. I placed my order on 12/28 and my delivery window was 12/31 - 1/8, which is tomorrow and still no tracking information showing up. the second pair, which I ordered for my husband, placed order 2 days after mine but it was delivered 3 days ago. however, it was air jordan 1 retro high, and right after we opened the box, we noticed that the high neck part sewing was in terrible condition and we can see the yellow sponges sticking out between the sewing. horrible quality. we took a picture right away and connected live chat support, and they admit that this is not normal. so we asked for replacement shoes, and somehow the agent just disconnected on us and left the chat room. :) what the hell was that nike? and where are my shoes? "

Bad Client care from Nike and Converse.

"I started calling Nike about 6 months ago (June 2017), it was one number after another and of course everyone I spoke with said they were sorry for the inconvenience I was experiencing...

On October 31, 2017 (after four months of attempting to report the separation of my ALL STAR - Converse soles from the rubber trim), I reached Leslie who took all my information and sent it to "the right department". Eventually a "Greg" called. After they claimed not to have any of the colour choices I asked for - including the colour of the defective shoes of course) Greg was prepared to replace mine with another style. I asked for a few days to see them at a store before making my decision and he accepted.

Within the week I called back to confirm the pair I wanted but received no reply yet again. Several weeks later some guy named "Kev" called to say "Long story short, Greg is no longer with us". I found this Kev guy quite offensive as he denigrated the previous employees work ethic while telling me he would not honour the previous employees promise to replace the shoes with another style. He also claimed the exact replacements for my defective shoes had been shipped "as we speak" - about three weeks ago. I have not received a confirmation of them being shipped and no shipping confirmation from the shipping company either.

Not happy at all with the way Nike/Converse "services" their clients.
I won't be buying Nike or Converse products again as a result.

Waiting over a month for package

"Nike does not care about customer service. I have had my package lost in the mail and have had to chase Nike for over a month asking about its whereabouts. Not once have they shown any initiative. If I did not follow up, absolutely nothing would get done. I couldnt get a hold of them on phone support after waiting for 30 minutes; their email support is conveniently not working so I am forced to use their live chat support where I keep getting the same response "wait 3 - 5 business days". Well 24 days later I am still getting the same message on their live chat at Nike.com.
How hard is it to locate the missing pair or write it off while sending your customers a replacement? I just want a refund at this point, but even this requires 3 - 5 business days. Well it has been over 7 days since I asked for a refund and I am forced to escalate the claim with paypal as my last option. Perhaps they care more about the customer experience than Nike does.
I have effectively paid good money to pay for the inconvenience of dealing with Nike. If you choose to buy online, use a credit card. At least this way you are protected if things stuff up on their end and you can get your money back quickly. Thanks for wasting my time Nike

Nike can't ship a 3 line order correctly

"I ordered 3 pairs of running shoes online and chose to ship them Next Day Air. I received 2 pairs on time but never got the 3rd pair. After researching tracking info and email confirmations, I discovered that Nike’s shipping department screwed up. The tracking #’s emailed to me did not match the shipping cartons received.
Nike customer service has confirmed the missing shipment but I have been advised that it will take 1-3 days for investigation (UPS trace) and up to 15 days for resolution. 15 days really?? They already took my money but will take 15 days to come back with a resolution?

I am very unsatisfied with Nike’s ecommerce as they can’t ship a 3 line order correctly and the customer service policy backing it up requires half a month. I thought a company of Nike’s stature would be more professional.

The missing box got re-routed and delivered 4 days later. And, Nike sent replacement shoes at their cost. I will be returning the extra shoes in good faith. So customer service is good, shipping\fulfillment needs training. 2 up'd to 3 stars.

Nike shipping ripoff!!

"Don't buy for overseas country saying that they are Nike NZ for example as they are Nike Netherlands and will charge you nearly half the cost in shipping fees, and aghain to return the item and again to send another replacement. Barstards! "

The WORST

"I ordered a shoe at Nike online in the UK on Friday 25/08/17. Was told that i will receive the shoe today Sunday 27/08/17. Whilst tracking online I saw where it was delivered and signed for by an unrecognizable name. I quickly contacted the courier to inform them I am at home waiting and no shoe was ever delivered. I was informed that the shoe was incorrectly labelled by Nike. Imagine that!!!! Someone, somewhere received a FREE shoe thanks to my HARD EARNED cash.
I am now trying to contact Nike and for such an established company they do not provide 24 hours online support!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now anxious and angry and have to wait until the Next working day.

Please people, do not make the mistake like I did and purchase from them online. You will be far removed from your earnings.
I am sooooo frustrated

Horrible shipping and terrible customer service

"I did order in nike.ca and paid for express shipping. The date of delivery was 28/Jun - 2/Jul.
Until now we are without boots. And expected delivery date 5/Jul.
It is so important because I enrolled my son into soccer camp starting from 3/Jul till 7/Jul.
I twice spoke in live chat with customer service.
I want copy only part of transcript
"we don't have nothing to do with this. Since there is a holiday in Canada that's why the Estimated dare has been moved.
If you want, you can call our Canada post at 1-***-***-**** every Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET.
You can call our carrier and ask them if possible to deliver your package tomorrow. "

Did really well!

"My order came up as cancelled. So I called Nike and the customer service was so quick, they told me the reason and gave me a promotional code for my troubles they also refunded all my money which will be deposited in 2-3 working days."
