Furnace arrived damaged

"I bought a furnace from this seller. When received it damaged either during shipping or seller sold a broken furnace to me. The furnace was shipped improperly in cardboard not on a wooden palette. In addition the crumbelled cardboard box showed evidence of damage before shipment.
Seller has not refunded or replaced the furnace

Severely damaged $1,300 item and no refund/return

"We ordered a $1,300+ furnace from this company. Received it on the day promised, Monday the 21st. It stayed boxed until we could get someone to get it installed safely and correctly, which was Sunday, the 28th. Upon unboxing noticed a large dent in one panel and a HUGE buckle which caused severe bowing of the metal. It appeared to have been dropped or banged up so severely the unit does not sit flat, it rocks. The fan of the unit fell out of its metal slide and both metal piece holding it up no longer serve their purpose because it’s so severely dented and bent. Because of the fan falling out of its position dropped on and damaged a coil so now it will most likely leak. Their were even screws missing in numerous places including the very front of the slide where the fan should’ve been screwed up into the unit. Not happy, especially being without a furnace in the start of winter. And seller isn’t making it right and accepting the return because of the time line which has nothing to do with the severity of such a faulty furnace we received. MRO next day refuses return/refund."

AMAZING SERVICE!!!

"I ordered a chimney cleaning product from Walmart and the original package arrived within 2 days (I was expecting it to take 2 weeks) I was impressed with how quickly it arrived, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I called Next Day MRO and spoke with Rhonda (who is one of the most professional and courteous customer service representatives I have EVER spoken to) and I forwarded her a few pictures of the issue. She promptly replied to my emails and coordinated a replacement which arrived arrived within 2 days.
I don't usually write reviews, but Rhonda had me smiling all day while I was cleaning my fireplace... ok, maybe not all day, but I was damn impressed. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Great Service and Honest Folks

"I received the wrong item when I ordered. I called them, they asked for a picture of what I received. Once they received the picture, they sent me a return label for the wrong item and reshipped my order. It was a Sears order and as stated in their return policy, I couldn't return it to Sears. I thought it was going to be a headache. Not at all. They took care of me just like I was family!

Rip off artists

"I ordered a 3 piece Goodman gas furnace with AC, when the system arrived they shorted the coil unit in the order so I called them and they said they made a mistake in the pictures on their ad, they charged me 300$ additional for the coil unit
with only the 2 items they sent the system is unusable you must have a coil unit to install, there were other companies on amazon that were within 1$ of the price for this same system so its not like we couldn't have bought it elsewhere
My choices were to either give them my card and pay for their scam or pay even more money to pay the return shipping on the pieces they had sent, we were also in the middle of winter with the installer scheduled
In any case we paid them the 300$ , so please don't even waste your time with this company they are scam artists

Great.

"I ordered 7 interior door handles. When I received them, 2 of the 7 were damaged. I called and, with no argument they sent me two replacements. Great service and I would gladly do business with Next Day again."

Buyer Beware!!! Awful customer service

"DON'T order from this 3rd party Sears dealer: written return policy stated that you can return to a Sears store prior to placing order. Rcvd & want to return unopened box. Sent email to request return RA# only to receive email that my request was rcvd & Nextday notified (7/15/17 at 12:27pm email). Nothing! Had to contact seller by phone; spoke to rudeRhonda but she only wants to be sure to charges 20% restock fee (not written in return policy) AND she hung up on me after I informed her I was leaving negative feedback online. BUYER BEWARE!!"
