Thanks to some friendly neighbors that helped me get it into my building from the curb on a very rainy day? I was also told be the GE repair man that I was sold the wrong unit for my apt needs? Going back to the fact that this company just wanted my MONEY? Now I will have to purchase the right unit from GE which is where I should have went to right from the start! With many other residents in my building maybe needing to change or replace their AC/Heating units I am advising them to go DIRECTLY to GE!!!!!!!! Plus if I wanted to return this horrible Unit to MRO I would have had to pay return shipping?????????? Despicable "

"I ordered an AMSEC safe online through a Sears website and this vendor filled the order. I sent an email WHEN I PLACED the order to confirm that a lock upgrade would be included. They sent the safe (weighs 712 lbs) without the upgraded electronic lock. Neither this company or Sears will right this. A replacement for this lock will cost $155. They tell me I can return the item (at my own shipping costs!). HA. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company or Sears online again. What a load of BS. "
