"I've been a customer of this site for years, and always experienced good service and quick delivery until recently.

I made my most recent order on 8/21/07, got the usual automated email immediately. No merchandise arrived so after 2 weeks I emailed and called, got no response. I followed up the 1st email with a 2nd fairly threating email (hate having to do that) after reading the recent reviews on this site. Got a reply back within hours stating the package would ship out the next day, and so it did. I've got my order!

It sounds like the guy behind Nexfan is experiencing some sort of family dilemma right now. If he's reading this -- I'd strongly recommend disabling the Nexfan order form or post some sort of discaimer warning of a 2-4 week shipping delay. Sometimes I can wait for an order, but this time I needed parts ASAP. This site's decent reputation is going to be ruined if something isn't done soon.

"I had been dealing with this Seller for @ least 5 Yrs.with no problems till now. I think he's in serious trouble with the business and got in way over his head. My only advise is stay away from this guy until he gets his act together (If he can)To the buyers who have been caught up in this fiassco use all the available avenues to get this Seller off the Internet as soon as possible so he can't screw anybody else. Well, the mailman came today and I got my merchandise it only took 19 days to go 26 miles, I only wish someone would have answered my E-Mails /phone calls or posted something more informative on the Nexfan Website, you have to figure after that many days you're going to get tatooed, I'm not entirely satisfied but I'll revise my feedback."

"I ordered from this company 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything other than an automated confirmation email. I read this was "the place to go" for computer fans. Their prices and shipping looked great, but their service is TERRIBLE.

I'm sure this was a reputable company at some point (look at their lifetime rating above), but something must have happened to the owner recently -- it's as if the website is asleep at the wheel, taking orders and robbing people.

IN SHORT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NEXFAN.COM. YOUR ORDER WILL NEVER SHIP.

Luckily I paid with PayPal and opened a dispute. I'm sure they won't fight it (they don't have email in Heaven) and in 20 days I'll have my money back.

"Order was easy to place, site is well organized.

Placed order, paid for it, and now two weeks later I have not received the items or even a tracking# nor have they returned emails or phone calls.

This is the second time I have ordered froim them and the first time they took a few extra days to ship and provide proof of tracking.

I cannot recommend them for anything at all at this point in time.

"UP DATE: Well He has now closed his paypal account and they can't return my money.
If i dispute this with my bank they will put my paypal account in the negitive DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NEXFAN.COM and DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL.COM use your credit card your credit card you protected against this kind of fraud.
Paypal will not return money if there is no money in the account.
one thing is I have closed his paypal account by disputing the charges but this don't stop his theft in other ways.

This company is a RIP OFF I ordered fans for CPU, HDD, Case = over $100 they Never shipped my items I have called them no answer I have emailed them no replies DO NOT ORDER FROM NEXFAN RIP OFF BEWARE
I have a small company to run now I had to refund my customer and now I have lost a customer.
This is not like yahoo to allow a merchant that rips people off has any body complained to yahoo.com about this merchant

"Ordered from them about a year ago and had no trouble so I choose to use them again. Appears to be a mistake this time. Order confirmation sent via email and charged CC on 8-2-07. Sent 4 emails to ****@****, made 2 calls, no answer from either. Ship within 24hrs, I don't think so. I've made my call to my CC company. They've made my X list. Save yourself some trouble, order elsewhere!"

"No one should ever buy anything from this store, they take your money and never ship your merchandise. I placed an order on June 24, 2007 and received a confirmation email (I ordered a fan and 2 fan guards). I checked and my credit card was charged for the order.

On July 3rd, after hearing nothing about my order and seeing no update status on the "check your order" link, I emailed the store and asked whether my order had shipped. They responded that the ordered had shipped a few days earlier. But, after another week, no package.

I emailed them again and, this time, they said they would ship my package right away -- apparently they lied when they said they had already shipped my package. So, I waited another week, no package.

After a month since I placed my order, I emailed them and asked them to refund my money and gave them one week to do so. They responded that they would ship my order right away. Of course, they never did.

I finally contacted my credit card and had the charges reversed. I never received my order and have never heard anything from nexfan. This store seems to be engaging in theft, so please DO NOT order from them.

"What is it with stores lately? Why are they all behaving in such a shady manner!?

I placed my order on July 22nd, and according to their web site they ship within 24 hours. They sent me an email confirmation almost immediately, and I figured no problem. I did request tracking info since I like to keep on top of things.

I've received NO EMails from this merchant except for the automated one confirming my order. I've sent them 3 emails asking about my order, the first one on July 31st. I've receive no response. I have also tried calling the phone number about a half dozen times, it just goes to a voice mail or answering machine no matter what time of day you call.
To this date I've received NO communication from them in response to my repeated attempts, and I've left both my cell phone and house phone numbers with them in both email AND on their voice mail system.

I could not recommend this merchant to anyone. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied and just plain furious. Unfortunately I have to wait 'til I get my money back (if I do) in order to place another order with a different order, which is really unfortunate since I wanted to get this project going a week ago.

SHAME ON YOU NEXFAN FOR TREATING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY! The only possible excuse is if you're a one man operation and in the hospital or dead, and shame on you again for not making arrangements to take care of your customers in that sort of case.

"Bought 9 fan from them. I was sent e-mail saying they were shipped out the next day. I received all but one item (back orderd), but did receive it later. So all in all in the two orders I have place with this Co, I have had no problems and got all I ordered in a timely fashion. For me and from me they get get high marks. And no I do not work for them, just a place a friend sent me to for good, priced right fans."

"i'd like to start by saying that i bet the majority of good reviews of this business were done by the business itself.

I ordered some items from this store,
almost 3 weeks ago. I received a confirmation email right away, with a tracking url. They
billed my account two days later. The
'tracking site' does not give any
indication that the items were shipped.
I have tried emailing about 15 times
since then, and have
tried calling and leaving messages about the same number. When I
call their support number, I get a
recording telling me to mail
****@****', which is the same
address which I have mailed several
times. I have not yet received a
response from anyone at nexfan, and my
account has not been credited. For all
practical purposes, they stole my money
and now refuse to respond to me in any way.

They are a yahoo! storefront.. So i also contacted yahoo, who said that they forwarded my concern on to the company... I don't expect them to suddenly start communicating with me, and I told yahoo! support so. I was told that i should contact the FTC and IC3, etc.

Can anyone post or send to me email addresses or phone numbers for this company, any contact info? I have ****@****' but that is it... That, and the phone on their site...
