"I made a mistake by not reading reseller ratings before dealing with this vendor. Just like the many complaints below I have not been able to contact Mr. Soo Y. Um by phone or email to find out where my order is. He does have some nice reading at the BBB Link http://www.dc.bbb.org/report.html?national=Y&compid=80015876

Here is yahoo's respone to my question to them...I am glad to know they care....what a joke.

"After several successful orders from NexFan in years past and a strong past rating from satisfied users, I ordered again last month assuming things were still OK (and unfortunately without checking Reseller Ratings for updated information). Ordered on 11/29/07 and credit card was charged immediately. Never received as of 12/19/07. No tracking information or status update on web site. No email status updates. Not responding to customer service request via email. Not answering phone and not responding to phone messages. Stay away from this company!!!

12/26/07 Update: Have sent additional emails, still no response at all. Be forewarned.

"Don't buy from nexfan. Its been over a month since I placed my order and I still didn't get it. I called, and emailed, left messages, I get an email 2 weeks ago that he will ship my order and he had some emergency, but that's a lame excuse. He should not be operating an online business like this. That is not right for his loyal customers that keep returning to him. He should at least change his shipping terms on his site, "24-48 Hrs.". 24-48 days would be more appropriate, that's if I ever do get my order. I already filed a BBB complaint, and it looks like the Delivery Issue complaints on BBB site are adding up. http://search.bbb.org/ "

"I placed my order 10/11/07 for 3 SATA cables with free USPS shipping. They are located in California and so am I. I expected delievery within 3 days. I e-mailed them 3 times without any response. They finally shpped out my order 11/01/07....20 days after order!!!!"

"NEVER AGAIN.
This used to be a great store, but something must have happened. I did not get a reply to neither phone calls or emails.
Communication only started after I posted a dispute with Paypal over a week after the order was made. It still took him another 2-3 days to get around to ship it, and still only shipped it ground even though he already had wasted the better part of 2 weeks on doing absolutely nothing about the order.
I strongly suggest staying away from this dealer. Prices are not that good, inventory/selection is so-so, and the customer service is simply non-existent. Treats his customers as if we should be thankful that he actually eventually gets around to shipping the product we have paid for.
A sad end to what used to be a straight 10 on this very site!!

"Ordered on September 16, 2007, and it has been more then 20 days. They do not respond to emails or phone. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! They will steal your money.

EDIT: Finally received my product and the items work fine. I am now slightly less dissatisfied, but I wouldnt recommend them until they get their act together.

"I do not recommend ordering from nexfan.com. I Ordered an instock item on 4 Oct 07 and have yet to receive it. Nexfan does not display a shipping method, nor do they give you a shipping date or method of shipment. You can not locate order info and they don't have a toll-free number to call for inquiries. Several calls will go unanswered. "

terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they will take your money and never ship you anything. i am glad i paid mine through paypal. receiving an invoice was the last ive heard from them for almost a month. still no package, still no emails, nothing. i filed a paypal claim a week after ordering and i am still waiting for them. i will get my money back for the yate loon fans i ordered. i am taking my business to jab-tech.

UPDATE.
I have just recieved tracking information for my order. almost 1 month after original order date. AND still no response from the owner or any employee from the store. They decide to ship it 1 day before my paypal claim gets resolved.

"I placed an order on the 19 of September and received the automatic confirmation. I paid by Paypal and the money was retrieved on Sept 21-22,
I didn't hear anything from Nexfan until I filed a dispute with paypal. The owner then said he was sorry for the horrible delay and saisd he will get back to me as son as he gets back home from the hospital. I just returned the message and told him I will wait a few more days and if nothing happens by then I will close the dispute and ask for my money returned. I don't know if he is really in the hospital but if he is he should have someone looking out for his business or shut it down until he is able to return.

"Ordered believing as in past orders that my products would be shipped within 24 - 48 hours, I ended up demanding a refund. Instead received an email response from a Josh sating he was going to investigate when he gets back to the office. I repeated my cancellation demand but instead got an email the next day that the U.S. Post Office has been notified that a package was ready for pick up. Since then, no activity from the tracking number, so no pick up. Can we say....DELAY TACTICS. I have already received the products from another vendor but Nexfan still refuses to return my $$. At this time, I recommend that everyone refrain from doing business with them until they get their house in order....if they can. I see from other customers I am not alone in my experience with Nexfan in the last 6 months."

"They wont reply to emails, or answer the phone. They shipped the product after a month, but I had already bought from newegg by then (who wants to wait a month for a cheap little fan when you are trying to build a system?). I couldn't even get them to respond by disputing the transaction with Paypal.

If they are having an unusual problem, like some reviewers have suggested, they should take down the site, or put up some warning until things are resolved. Not answering phones, not replying to emails, and not shipping stuff out is not how to run a business. I don't expect a personal reply to 100's of angry emails, but a general alert email would go a long way towards calming relations.
