Amazing Customer Service

"I contacted Newegg since Samsung was being unhelpful on warranty replacement (Samsung suggested i call Newegg first, even though it was almost 2 years after i bought the product).. and Newegg actually offered to help with the replacement. I didn't expect that since they were under no obligation to.. it was way past their RMA time.. but they still did.. SUPER happy with the customer service!"

Never again!

"Product was damaged, camera lens, this is where I was informed that I would have to deal with 3rd party reseller directly. NewEgg at this point was only good for empty platitudes, the most infuriating being, “I understand.”, which might as wel have been “I don’t care.”. The 3rd party require me to send an email of the damaged product, which hd no outwardly visible indications of the damage that inflicted the product, I did this anyways, eventually i received a document which supposedly is how I will be returning this damaged product. It was 2 pages long, and included cut and pasted requirements of the post office myself, and the seller, and took me a contacting Newegg, unhelpful and pointless results., the post office, which after some time was able to decipher this convoluted returns process, i am now in the process of going through this long extended process, and hoping unlike everything else with my interactions with Newegg, has led to frustration and headache. Unable to finish this process in time to get this Birthday present for my daughter ready for her birthday on the forth, im at the mercy of Neweggs third party supplier actually label return process following through, and absolutely no one who is concerned about my issues in my attempts to get customer support from Newegg itself. As a result of the complete disregard and poor communication at Newegg as I went through this process, i went to emphasize that This will be my last customer interaction with Newegg."

Good price & service, pushes extended warranties too much

"Price was good and delivery was very fast. I ordered an extended warranty by mistake (the website pushes them really hard, so this happens too easily), but a chat with an customer service agent solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. Will buy again."

Professional service

"This my first computer build in over 20 years. I decided to go whole hog and build a system with an ASRock Tai Chi x399, AMD Threadripper, Kraken x62, 1TB PCIe SSD, and 64 GB 3200 DD4 RAM. After seeing some similar builds on-line I saw a better PCIe SSD and was very impressed by RGB RAM. I decided to return my original (unopened) SSD card and RAM. I made a mistake and selected Replacement instead of refund. Betty was exemplary in correcting this for me and getting my refund straightened out. I later realized that I had not requested refunds for the covereage I purchased. Ellie took care of that for me with total ease. I couldn't be happier with my purchases. Now, once everything comes in the fun begins. KUDOS Newegg. Awesome begins with your customer support!"

terrible experience, do not recommend to anyone

"I bought two re certified computers on New Egg website and they were both impossible to use. The first one came defective-ASUS transformer. I could not turn it on. The second one was a HP Grade B Laptop 810 G2. I was so excited to get this computer but when it came in, it was in terrible condition. It as like it was trowed in the garbage and someone picked and sold to me. It came all scratched with marks every where on the cover. I feel like they have all these defective and unsalable computers and they called them re certified and sell it to honest people. Very upsetting.
I don't recommend New Egg for any type of purchasing. Their costumer service is good but their product are not reliable. So what it the point in having a good costumer service with no decent product?
I just waste my time two times in getting the product and having to return it right away. I got refund for one the orders and I am waiting for the second one. However, I was not refunded for the shipping. I was ripped off two time times and had to pay for the delivery of two defective products. Very upsetting situation and hope to get my second refund soon and never buy anything on New Egg online store.

Gaming PC Build

"I spent days sourcing parts to build a new high end gaming pc. There were a few hiccups with my credit card company putting a hold on the order (not Newegg's fault), which caused me to have to reorder everything.
Customer support was extremely fast and helpful in assisting me throughout the entire order process. In fact, in all my years of online shopping, I have to say that Newegg has the best customer support and shopping experience out of any other site I have used. I will be buying most if not all my PC components and other electronics from Newegg exclusively. Great prices as well!

"I had troubles with Logitech keyboard and mouse combination, and with 2 usb unifying receivers. None of the 3 worked but by the help of a friend at Newegg all was straightened out. All works fine now. Thank you."

Above and beyond for customer satisfaction!!

"First off, I'm glad to say that they stand behind what they sell. I spoke to the customer service representative and explained my problem. To some it may have sounded like hot air, but to a considerate and thoughtful employee, it was a genuine concern. Having ordered a Rosewill Hive 850S and received one new unit that had grossly distended capacitors inside, I asked to have it replaced for fear of damaging a new high end motherboard.

They sent me the return postage label, I sent it to UPS and then my new unit came shortly in the mail. First place I looked was the last place I looked in the previous unit, and behold, an untested power supply. Capacitors were absolutely normal, and not worn out at all. Newegg has made my build absolutely rock solid not only with the excellent products they sell but with the customer service that backs it all up.

My hats off to all of you for the fine job you're doing.

Amazing Customer Service

"It took me no time to reach a customer service representative and they were super friendly. Although it took a while to resolve my problem (mainly UPS being kinda annoying, although props to them for compromising), the Newegg representative was able to help me fix what was wrong."
