"New Audio United Is not a reputable supplier. There is a reason there prices are so low, they do not stand behind what they sell. Save yourself the trouble and order whatever you need from elsewhere.
Purchased a Niles SI-1230 Series 2, stopped working within 3 months, they gave me Niles phone number and said it is your problem. There is no costumer service at all.
