"Ordered online and paid with Paypal. I never received a shipping confirmation so after a few days of no confirmation, I called the number on my Paypal receipt to see when my order would ship. I received daily excuses for a week to hear what became a bunch of lies and broken promises that my order would ship out 10 days after I ordered it. I finally received a shipping confirmation via e-mail and I thought all was great until the box arrived and only half of what I ordered was in the box. Today, 25 days after my order date from what continues to be a bunch of lies and broken promises I cut my losses and asked for a refund. A refund in their favor for the shipping they charged me and what I got back. My recommendation is call first to verify they have what you want in stock. Be blunt with them as they are great liars. If they don't have what you want in stock I would look elsewhere or plan to wait months. "
