"I was happy when I first ordered. Then I found out they shipped it ground. I had payed for 2 day shipping on a wensday. They shipped it on a Friday and sent it ground. I choosesd two so I would have it on Friday. They charged me $123.00 for two day shipping when ground shipping was $40.00. I lost 83.00 to them and I can't get the difference in a refund. Customer service said it is nonrefundable. I will never use neobits again. They are Dishonest . Watch out if you must use them that you are not being mislead.

"Ordered 2 items, charged my card. Order status was "Pending Shipment" for a few days so I asked about the status and they said they did not have the item and did not know when it would be in. Don't take people's money if you can't fulfill the order."

Waited more time then found 1 of the items cheaper on another website for $40 cheaper. I confirmed it was shipped then called neobits. Cancel 1 and asked for update on other order. I said my card should not have been charged if you don't even know when arriving to warehouse. They contacted their warehouse and found out both were discontinued for them getting. So wasted my time thinking I had everything ordered, but instead wasted time and have to shop elsewhere now. I'm 2 weeks behind schedule now of completion time."
