"After reading some bad reviews, I have to say I was quite surprised how opposite my experience was. First off, I received my order this morning and I was very pleased with the packaging. Always good to see a package wrapped in thick bubble wrap. Secondly, As I was placing the order I wanted to select a two day shipping but it was $33, so I went for the regular ground shipping for $10 instead. Regardless, my order arrived just two days after it arrived at Negri Electronics (after backorder). So I am very impressed with the speed. Lastly, I took advantage of their customer support. The person that helped me was not only informative but also quick and friendly. I will highly consider ordering from this company again and will recommend it to friends."

"I bought a Padfone 2 (32GB) from Negri. The price was OK. I contacted support as I had some additional questions. Their live chat was really convenient and helpful.

The item got shipped by one of their 'oversees partners' very quickly. Delivery was perfectly on schedule.

Not that I put "N/A" as answer the question "How likely are you to shop at Negri in the future?" not because I was unhappy with their service - on the contrary - but because they were the only site I could find that sold the phone I wanted (except some eBay sellers). All my other electronics I will most likely buy elsewhere (in Europe).

"Hello, my name is Edmundo Alcívar N., I am from Ecuador.

In the past months, I have been searching for a good place to buy a phone and bring it down here, I really did a good research, trying to find a great, trustworthy/reliable, good service, online shop. So i found Negri Electronics, to be honest at the beginning i wasn´t so sure, specially because, I googled the enteprise i found some bad reviews, SO I DID A NEW RESEARCH ABOUT THIS, AND IT IS NOT TRUE. NEGRI ELECTRONICS IS A TRUSTWORTHY PLACE TO BUY. Do not believe those reviews those r fakes.
So, once I was sure about the enterprise i bought my phone, a Sony Xperia SL(LT26ii), and I am very happy of the service, the info about the device was accurate, negri online helped me a lot, and my order came sooner than expected!!!!

Bottom line; TRY NEGRI ELECTRONICS U WONT REGRET IT!!!!

"BEWARE of the "HTC One S Z520e 16GB (Unlocked) (Black)" @ $449.50

It came with the widely known "ceramic chipping problem" some units had when the phone first launched. HTC recognized the problem and said they were going to replace all faulty devices and that they had corrected the issue.

Even though I purchased the phone aprox. 6 months after the chipping problem was reported and "fixed". My device came with small chippings in the back, corner and around the usb port.

I contacted NEGRI and they told me to contact HTC; did so and they told me via email they were going to replace it. When I contacted their call center and explained the problem they told me that they never replace faulty phones, they only repair them. They also said that since some of the chippings were on the corners it was possible that the technicians were going to bealieve they were done by droping the phone, thus I would have been charged for the repair.

Don't know if I got a device that was purchased by NEGRI when they phone came out or if the chipping problem was never fixed by HTC. Nevertheless I am extemely unhappy with this purchase.

If you are looking to buy this phone I recomend buying the cheaper version:

You would not get the latest processor but performance will be pretty much the same and apparently this new version has no chipping problems.

Funny that when customers use this medium to complain there is suddenly a response. I never received any emails from you saying the order will not push through , the only information I got today was when I went to your site to chat with your staff.
It is a known fact that this phone is sold out as soon as it is listed, so it is not so difficult to understand that you are having difficulties getting your stock. What is irritating is that the error you claim is something that could have been avoided (if it were not intentional). Al the lumias are on a pre order basis except for the red one which status changed yesterday, I know as I check every single day, many times a day.
It simply does not makes sense. Anyway, you have aired your side , let's see if there are other people who will make the same mistake as I did.

"Negri electronics are liars.

They keep posting these false dates on the arrivals of the Lumia 920 unlocked from rogers'.
Pre-ordered it 2 weeks ago, and they kept bumping up the date, today they bumped it up again to the 30th..

Cancelled my order, I would not do business with them again.

The customer service I got from Negri was almost shameful. Every time I asked about the due date I got the SAME pre-written comment, it got to the point that I got the same answer with the same exact phrasing for 5-6 times.

That's not personal service to me. And as I said- having a shortage in stock is perfectly fine, but don't lie to people, stating over and over again false due dates that you know you can't have it.

It's a shame that they are misleading people like that.

"STAY AWAY! I tried to get my iPhone 5 unlocked with their instant unlocking service, which is actually 1-3 hours read the fine print, and not only did they fail to do it in 1-3 hours they didn't do it at all. After 48 hours had passed I called into negri(which by the way is practically impossible because you get disconnected 5 times before you can explain your situation) upon receiving notification that my order was cancelled and they re-submitted my "instant" unlock. About 6 days passed after I called and still no update or email, I called in again and explained what happened and said I want my money back. They then begin to tell me that because they cancelled the order they didn't end up charging me!!! They are trying to steal my MONEY!!!!! They charged me after I placed my order, and they cancelled the order 48 hours after... How do they think I didn't get charged. I double checked my bank statement and I was charged 25.15, when I was on the phone with negri I explained to them I want to be kept in the loop about how I would be getting my money back and another 5 days has passed and nothing. I don't know if I will be getting my money back or not but where it stands right now they have stolen $25.15 from me and they don't even acknowledge it.



UPDATE: Negri replied to my complaints, and they are lying through there teeth. Whoever is responding to my complaint knows absolutely nothing about my situation and was probably hired to make the complainer look they don't know what they are talking about. You state i wasn't charged but my bank account is $25.15 less then what it would be if i didn't use your services, no matter how you want to word it i am currently out $25.15. Also you say i was NEVER disconnected, not only was i continuously disconnected, when i brought it up to your company they said you were having technical difficulties, so somebody is clearly lying here. It states "This service is guaranteed. Simply send us your IMEI and in less than *2-3 business HOURS after a cleared order you will have yourself a permanently unlocked iPhone." Clearly not guaranteed... You are also lying when you say there was no IMEI indicated on my first order because when i called in the next day i confirmed the IMEI. That moment when i confirmed the IMEI they re-submitted it, when they re-submitted my order you did not abide by your 2-3 business day guarantee because you did nothing for 5 days, until i called back. You continue to state that i am falsifying and misleading people with my review but i have proof but i don't know where to send it.

UPDATE: Negri indicates that google reviews are authentic and from real customers, insinuating that i am not a real customer, although i provided my order number and they acknowledged that my order was placed at 5:52PM. Reseller Ratings has contacted me saying for my review to stay up i need to provide proof of my statements, so the fact that you can see this review proves Negri is lying.

UPDATE: It is currently November 17th, 18 days since the $25.15 was withdrawn from my account and i still haven't received my money back. I called Negri just before i made this review and they said they would look into it and get back to me. I still haven't heard from them either.

To Negri: You are solely responsible for returning my funds, i went to your site and paid $25.15, you say you don't have my money well figure out who does and how i will get it back or i will need to escalate my dispute in a lawfully manor. if you took the time to speak with me (the customer) i wouldve been happy to provide you with whatever proof you would like. I have already sent this proof to resellerratings in order to keep this review on the site.

To Negri: I give you proof that you charged me and you write this BS! "Please Note: The Customer was unable to leave a review via Amazon payments because the order was canceled before it was charged. Further proof that the customer has fabricated this story. When customers wish to leave fake reviews they use Reseller Ratings." - You are the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. I have yet to leave a review with amazon because when i googled "Negri reviews" this came up. Why would i leave a review on site that customers will not see? I went to this site because i am trying to warn future customers of your so called business! By stating that resellerratings is used for fake reviews you are also stating that you use it to up the rating of your company, i.e. they are reviews that Negri posts in order to maintain a postive rating. So not only are you stealing my money but you are creating fake ads to steal more peoples money!

"I have had the worst possible experience with this shady outfit from the get-go. I searched hard for an unlocked phone that meets all of my needs and operates on the right frequency for the carrier I wanted to use. I found it from Negri and ordered. They continuously assured me that the item would ship in 24-48 hours and that I would get an e-mail with a tracking number within that time frame. After 48 hours I wrote asking where my number was, and they assured me that in ANOTHER 24-48 hours I would have one. When that time passed, I called and was told that there was "a delay," but I would surely get my tracking number within 24 more hours. That didn't happen, and my item finally shipped 8 days after I placed the order.

Fast forward...everything was physically fine with the unit except that IT WAS NOT THE PHONE THEY ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE. I incredulously went back to the page I'd ordered from and looked at the item listing, and sure enough it described a phone with different capabilities and operating on a different frequency than the one I received in the mail. Thus, I'd paid for and waited around far too long only to receive a dud that was something totally different from what I needed.

I only hope the return policy and communicating with people isn't as horrible and evasive as the normal customer service I already dealt with. I will never order from this outfit again and would discourage anyone else from doing so.

"This is my first time ever using Negri Electronics. There were so many things I imagined going wrong with this order but I was stressing out for no reason. I preordered the Samsung Galaxy Note II on 9/21/12, which had an anticipated ship date of 10/26/12 and was pleasantly surprised when I received a shipment confirmation on 10/1/12. My order came very quickly and my phone was flawless. Beautiful, amazing phone and it was well worth the money, especially since these guys were selling it cheaper than anyone else. This company puts an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. The wall charger included in the box isn't compatible with the US outlets but they added an additional US wall charger at no charge. I don't have a single complaint about these guys and I'll definitely be ordering from them again."

"Ordered item listed as being in stock and shipping in 24-48h.
The next day while checking on their website if the order has
shipped, I see that the price of the item I ordered has been
reduced. Sent an email using their website to request price
adjustment to the current lower price. Received no reaction
whatsoever. [Update: I have been told there were technical problems after switching to a new email system.] After 3 days, initiated a chat session using their
online chat system. Got told that the price will be adjusted.
After 4 days, received shipping notification. At the same time,
received an email that price will not be adjusted. Replied that
I could have simply cancelled the order and reordered at the
lower price, and would have done that, had I not been assured
during the chat session that the lower price would be honored,
also attached transcript of the chat session. Received no
reaction whatsoever to this email. [Update: I have been contacted by Negri, received an apology and a price adjustment.] Shipping was slow (6 days
from NV to NY). Received international PAL version ("1080i50")
while US NTSC version ("1080i60") was clearly advertised. Feel
free to ask me for copies of emails or chat transcripts.
