The way customer service should be!

"I received the wrong item. Because it was late when I got home, I opened it up, assuming it was the right product. I felt horrible, as I knew I couldn't return it.
I called first thing the next morning and Brandon who not only apologized, but told me to keep the bottle of what I didn't want (but I can certainly use!) and shipped me the product I had originally ordered post haste!
Will buy from again and again and recommend to my clients at my pet sitting and dog walking business. Thank you.

Bless them!

"I ordered a detox blend for my dog because her vet mistakenly prescribed her a dose of Trifexis for a 60-120lb dog (my dog is 12 lb)! It was a good price at around $20 after shipping. I was pleased to get the email that it shipped only an hour or so after I ordered it. Then, I was even more pleased that I received it two days later. And to top it off, they gave me an extra one free! I will definitely be ordering from them again. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Not a happy customer! Called and talked to the owner, he is not very knowledgable about dogs or their nutritional needs. He responded to my questions giving very basic answers and saying, "...and stuff like that." after I asked follow up questions. Finally purchased a better known brand because it was cheaper on their site. They used virtually no packaging and the product was all crumbled. Called to complain, yet to this day, no response."

"NOT HAPPY with the service or the shipping. I paid $32 extra for "2nd day air". I purchased the dog food the morning of 10/2 and they shipped 10/3 and told me it would be here by OCTOBER 7th. When I brought to the attention of the OWNER of the company, he flat out refused to refund my shopping cost. Didn't offer me any apologies or goodwill gesture, even after I let him know I was not happy and would not purchase from this company anymore!

Now after reading the other reviews, I'm nervous to actually receive the food for fear it might be in pieces..

Please do not get swindled by this company! Might as well pay the little bit extra per item to get GREAT service from chewy.com.

"Without a doubt this is one of the worst online experiences I've had. I ordered several items including 5 bags of a dry roasted chicken treat. They crammed everything in to a flat rate shipping box (my guess is to maximize profit) even though they really didn't fit. The 5 bags of these treats as well as others were crushed into into tiny pieces. In the one bag I open over 40% of the treats were pulverized into the size of the crumbs you find at the bottom of the bag. My first e-mail complaining wasn't responded to. After my second one they said they used the same packaging before without problems and said sorry I thought the pieces were too small. I have since sent another e-mail with a picture so they better under the problem. I have yet to hear from them. Their prices may be low, but it's not a good deal if 40% of the product is unusable."

"Wasted my time and took my money before shipping!

After placing an order for a box of pet treats (over $100 dollars) a few days later got an email informing me my order was cancelled as they were out of stock.

I'm now waiting to see the refund but I'm mad that my card was charged before shipping and now I have to wait to make sure I get the refund.

Waste of my time and money. Avoid this seller!

"Order a dog collar from them and waited a week only to get an email stating that they canceled my order and no longer have that collar in stock and now have to refund my card. Why did it take a week to let me know? I could have ordered from another website and had it by now. Also what company charges my credit card before they process or ship my order. I'm really hoping I actually get my refund."
