Stay away from them

"Wow! I have to say, this has to be one of the worst operations on the planet. I ordered pens from them and they arrived with ink leaking in the plastic bag and obviously got on my hands as i attempted to isolate the good ones. I reached out to National Pen, they asked me to send them 20-30 pens to see; then they began to charge me late fees. It seems the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Or Do they ? After few calls, they only gave me discount for the 20 pens, and refused to send updated invoice, they just told me to wait a week and pay the difference. Well, then they hit me with a $25 penalty. Sad operation."

Avoid this unprofessional company at all costs

"First time using this company and I regret every penny I spent with them. The order wasn't processed because of an issue with the image I sent, but the company never contacted me to let me know it was put on hold. No response to multiple emails. Every customer service rep I've talked to on the phone assures me the order is going through and being processed but it seems I won't be getting the order past 8 wks from when I placed it. Promises of the order being expeditated aren't fulfilled, so I'm sunk giving the gifts I had made for clients for the holidays won't be coming until January. Incredibly disappointed with how this company operates and DO NOT recommend."

This company does not care about its customers.

"This company does not care about its customers. In fact, they will call you a liar! I ordered pens from these jokers and they came totally wrong. Their customer support said I approved the logo when I did not. I asked them to show me the email where I approved. I have since been GHOSTED even after repeated attempts with reaching out to their customer support managers and C-Level supervisors. NOTHING! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Go to 4Imprint or discountmugs.com--they will treat you MUCH better!"

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY

"SERIOUS SCAM COMPANY. They now send out cheap product and refuse to replace non-working parts. Customer service is full of NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING employees in a loud call center somewhere. There is NO MANAGER to speak to. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ADVERTISING NEEDS because you will be sorry you spent ONE PENNY with them. Product is very cheap, if it works at all, and they do not stand by their sales.

SCAM

"Absolutely the shadiest customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for $86.50. I never received a confirmation email or an order number but my bank account was immediately charged. When I logged on to my account to check the status of my order, it said I had no order history. I sent three emails to the company, no response. A few weeks of waiting for my order, I finally called. The first agent hung up on me. The second agent said my order was out of stock and gave me a refund. I waited 10 days and no refund so I called again. The third agent said if my order wasn’t fulfilled then the transaction would’ve been a pending charge that eventually fell off. Which I knew was a lie so I called my bank and they confirmed that I was indeed charged for the $86.50. I then had to call National Pen for the fourth time and spoke to someone who actually used a refund which I received that same day. DO NOT order from this company. "

Catastrophe...!! Stay away from "National Pen"

"I ordered 200 soft pens. First of all, the goods were announced by DHL at least 1 week in advance but not sent. The pens arrived in the wrong font. The 3rd line is also written even smaller than the first 2 lines. The customer service on the phone is quite courteous (there is one star * for this, 0 * for the rest), but it is in no way reflected in the correspondence. I spent a lot of time clarifying something, but again and again without result! It's the customer's fault, done! Well, I didn't engrave the 3rd erroneous line there myself !! I was granted a 10% discount, but I declined with thanks. The mail with the contents of the estate is already a pre-formulated text file - only the name is used and then also in a smaller font! National Pen just doesn't have it with fonts. For me that was done with this company. I will buy elsewhere in the future."

placed order for pens

"placed order for pens; they leaked and I sent 30 pens back, waiting, then you sent the same defective pens. The second time I called and the girl assured me a refund was coming and I could just trash the pens or whatever. I called later in the day because I noticed the shoddy customer service, then the second girl, who would not give her name, was giving me grief and stalling my refund, now wanting more pens to be sent back. I was disgusted after so much wasted time and aggravation, and just demanded my money back. She hung up the phone. I called again and spoke to another girl , and again after that, and I just want my refund and no more trouble. Please have a MANAGER CALL ME to discuss this. Thank You"

1 Star Because I Had to.

"1 star only because I had to. My order came and instead of receiving 400 pens of assorted colors, I have 200 red and 200 purple. No contact was made ahead of time to see if I would like to change my order because stock was low. I emailed customer service but after more than a week no one has responded. I called today only to be hung up on by the customer service person who tried to tell me they only have to give me 3 colors (but didn't) which is not stated on their website. Called again, this time was told stock was low and couldn't be filled, no procedure in place to tell you this should you want to cancel your order. Only willing to reduce the cost of the order NOW that I have called!! What will I do with 400 pens in only 2 colors? Never ordering here again! Look at all the bad customer service in this month alone. This company has some firing to do to clean house before no one is interested in their products. I agree with David below incompetent, disorganized, and boy are those customer service people arrogant!! The one I sent an email picture to had the nerve to email me back her sassy snotty reply."

Incompetent, disorganized, unprofessional, and arrogant!

"They received our order confirmation on May 25th, and over the course of the next month, they canceled our order four times and did not know why. We would call, they would tell us the order was canceled, and when we asked why they said, we don't know, but we will get the order re-entered. I asked to speak to someone from management many times. I was promised management would call me back. I never received a call from anyone in management. Three weeks later, we finally received the order, and the imprint was wrong, despite the imprint proof being sent to us and approved. Then another week later, on June 28, we finally received the pens with the correct imprint.

The only way this company can be accurately described is incompetent, disorganized, unprofessional, and arrogant! I will never order from them again, and I will actively tell potential customers not to waste time and money with this hot mess posing as a promotional pens company.

Don’t do it

"I wish I could post pictures, I ordered pens a couple of times and was very pleased. I decided to order some mugs for my clients with my logo on them. The pictures they sent for my approval were awesome, beautiful blue mugs with my logo in white centered on them. What I received, well the logo looked just like the pictures but the placement is so far off it’s unreal and their customer service can’t see a problem with them at all, my grandchild could have centered it better. Their customer service is rude and will put you on hold forever and talk down to you. They offered a 10% discount, I said I’m a hair stylist, if I have you an uneven crappy cut would you accept a 10% discount and be okay with paying me 90% when it wasn’t right???? "

"Worst Customer Service Ever, My sales rep Susan does not respond to my emails and is very ignorant.
I called other sales reps and was provided with false information telling me my order has been shipped yet it was still in production.
This is ridiculous and very frustrating worst company i have ever worked with to receive my items. I placed an order mid April and still have not received anything.

"They sold me a product that was not average for an astronomical price. They took an extraordinary amount of time to ship the product. The quality is exceedingly poor. I will never buy again. REALLY BAD BAIT & SWITCH SCHEMES

"Buyer beware! National per will sell you on the great prices and bombard you with email advertising only to charge extremely high set-up and shipping charges. SCAM CITY! Then when you dare to call the up to ask why there was a set-up charge for standard lettering (no logo or other artwork), they will tell you how stupid you are for asking them that question. RUN don't walk away from National Pen."
