"These guys are great. 18 name tag orders and all have shipped within 24 hours. I truly don't know how they do it. I am writing this review because I just happened to run into this site and saw someone above bashing them. I don't know what happened with her order but all of mine have been great. I have had orders take a while to get to me but it is the shipping company to blame not nametagcountry. I can review my account at anytime and see as soon as my items ship. I had a customer that needed nametags for a show. I ordered on Wednesday, they Next Day Aired on Thursday and my customer received them on Friday. It does not get any better than that. Nametagcountry if you ever see this review. My Hats Off to a great company and to a great customer service department. Also, as you can tell I can't say enough about these guys. I have literally received one of my proofs back from the proofing department in less than 15 minutes. WOW!"
"I only needed one name tag, and was having a difficult time finding a retailer willing to only make 1 for a reasonable price; then I came across Name Tag Country. Their site was pretty easy to use and had a variety of options to choose from. My first proof was in grayscale, which I soon realized was my fault. My second proof had a TM I forgot to remove, and the third proof was perfect - total time spent was 2 days proofing. Not bad at all. "If you order from this company, you had better READ all the FINE print! I ordered two name tags, got an email to proof read the name tag, and then had an invoice which stated the quantity was (2) beside the a photo copy of the name tag. What I received 10 days later (yes, the website says they offer 24 hr turn around--but again READ the FINE print)was one name tag which was correct, and the other which was INCORRECT. So, infact, I paid $25 for ONE name tag and waited 10 days for the order. When I called to explain that there had been a mistake, I was told "read the web site" ... Very arrogant, and refusing to offer any customer service what-so-ever. Go to Staples or Office Max! Don't bother with this outfit. "
