"Very disappointing experience with this company. It's not my first time ordering name tags with pin, but this particular company made all the pins on the tag to a different direction. I recall that normally when we put on a name tag, you would have to use your right hand, pin it through your clothes from right to left. BUT, since they made it to a wrong direction, it is easier to get hurt since the pin is pinning towards the center, and you have to be a left-handed person in order to put on the tag with ease. Overall, I think there's a production mistakes, or I will never place an order with this company anymore. "
