" Talked with the best customer service I've had in auto parts. And I've tried a lot, having to send 3 parts back after I was sent Not fitting parts. I was even told by several to try a salvage yard because its not made anymore.
Was able to speak to a guy at your place by the name of David. He took the time and interest to help me and my several calls for help , when I had trouble online ordering. He gave me part # and offered to order it for me. But I wanted to register on website and after he explained in detail , it was ordered.
If he hadn't took the time to listen to what my lock looked like on sides, due to my removing and putting back together several times, he would not have found me a FITTING part!!!* But he did! Got it fast, and high price was worth it, I just think he deserves part of what I paid , or a raise !! Thank you! Sending everyone looking for something you carry ,to your company !"

"When I placed my order, my credit card was charged twice, almost bouncing checks in my bank account. I made several calls and left messages with no response. It took 8 days for Nalley to ship my item and 7 days to receive it. Once I received the item, it was the wrong part. 5 phone calls were made with no response. Emails were unanswered. When I finally spoke to David, he overnighted the past here thinks I need. I am waiting for the repair ship to tell me if it is the correct part. I would NOT recommend using this dealer, especially if you need the part immediately. An email I received after ordering stayed parts are shipped within 24 hours unless they have to backorder them. I was never notified that the party was on backorder, assuming they were uncaring for my service as a customer."
