"WARNING....These guy's suck! They are fine as long as everthing works ok but the minute it goes bad, forget it. They sell equipment that fail's then ignore you. I got a power supply from them. It died in less than 30 day's, they sent a replacment on Invoice #77453, it failed in less than 5 day's. Now they ignore all calls and letters so they still owe me. Note the computer worked with a locally purchased power supply so it wasnt the mb. I attempted mediation they said "sure" for two weeks till it was time to put it in writting them poof! They were gone. OH, and then read the garbage they claim on the website about being focused on customer satisfation. That's why I have no power supply, a lot of dead computer parts and the best Kenn (CEO) would offer was claiming a "better" one would be sent that was only $19.95 on the website.
UPDATE>10-25-04 I took them to court. I won, they have ignored the court judgment and my letter to pay. Now they are a judgment debtor. I am starting collections and reporting this. Dont take the chance that your part will fail and you will be stuck like I have been. Dont buy from NWCA.com. They owe me $2400.00
