"Horrible horrible ordeal. I had earlier ordered a Supermicro 1u case. After waiting for 3 weeks with nothing happening, I called multiple times, only reaching voicemail. Finally on week #4 I got through. After asking why my order still had not shipped, I was told I would be called back later. Four days later I finally got a callback, saying my order was shipped. Two weeks later it finally arrived.

Being in retail myself, sometimes problems happen. So when I needed a heatsink for a server, I ordered a Thermaltake heatsink for 1u servers from them. Bad mistake.

Originally ordered on October 15, I set the address to my server admin's location and forgot about it. 3 weeks later again noticing it had not shipped I searched for it online. The part was stated as available. Calling them 3 times and leaving a ticket produced no result. Finally on November 17, 2004 I was able to get through. The person then told me that they did not have that part. Doing a search online showed the opposite, at which the man became belligerent, telling me that I must be wrong and that since I had not been charged, I should get off.

The entire experience with this company has been awful. Horrible support, no response, and worst off, no level of professionalism. Two hours later my order is still marked as 'pending'.

"Just ordered an Asus A7N8X-E mobo from them on Sunday Nov. 14th, mobo came in on Tuesday Nov. 16th; PROBLEM: mobo was USED and returned by someone else. Box was smashed in the middle, one of the USB 2.0 header packages was already opened and contents of accessories were all over the place. I was under the impression they sold NEW products when you're not buying from the clearance section. Going to RMA this one and maybe just get a refund. Really considering getting this mobo locally now, even if it's more expensive than Ncix's pricing with shipping and insurance fee I took on it. At least I can check that I will be getting something NEW and not returned."
