"I have recently just built a new PC. I have traditionally always purchased items from local shops and assembled the PC once I had all the parts together. NCIX.com made it so easy to find the parts I was looking for. No more driving from shop to shop, I found everything I was looking for without even leaving my house. Another great feature NCIX.com has is price matching. I did find a couple of items a bit cheaper than NCIX had them posted for, so during my checkout, I price-matched the items I found cheaper elsewhere and NCIX.com was able to match them!!!!! Everything was shipped very quickly and it was all packaged great. Retail boxes are placed in Brown NCIX.com boxes filled with protection like air bags, foam, paper, etc. Any questions were answered very quickly through there online forum as well as customer support area. I don’t think I will buy from anywhere else again. Why would I?

I order stuff on a Thursday or friday night and Drive in Saturday for opening, with in minutes I am out the door and on my way with other errands I need to do with out any troubles. "First time I have ordered online from NCIX and I feel at they could not have done a better job. They sent me 4 emails one to tell me the order was received. One that the payment had processed and one to say it had been shipped. The last one was tracking info so I could follow the order. Very helpful info and all send on the 26th and 27th very fast.
All the stuff arrived in one piece on the 29th Monday, UPS takes the weekend off. All this happen when the free shipping was on and I am sure they were very busy.
I would also like to mention that one of the products that I bought is not a product that I would have thought I would ever buy site unseen; a LCD monitor. I bought it solely on the words from the forum at NCIX and some reviews that they sent me to look at. I had walked all over town looking at many LCD’s and could not find one that I wanted. So I risked it and it paid off big time.

"I put through about $70-$80k anually in sales with Netlink Computers Inc. and can honestly say that I have never dealt with a better store period, let alone business partner. The shipments are prompt, the pricing is excellent, the service leaves absolutely nothing to be desired, and it is just a really well put together company with no rough edges that have encountered my business' eyes. The selection is also fantastic and the staff is always willing to check out what more they can get. I've also had Ingram Micro as my part source and find their availability of product a definate handicap to their operations. This is true when i compare them with NCIX at least.

I once received a shipment with a missing item, filed an inquiry and within 3 days I had my missing item (I live in Ontario) I rate them second to none overall.
