"I ordered a reconditioned Blackberry Storm. I don't mind some scratches on the phone, but they did not replace the battery. After 6 weeks the battery broke down. Return policy makes it difficult and expensive to have it replaced. So, it was not really worth it and, partly out of urgency, I had to pay $40 to buy a new battery. Terrible experience!
The main reason for my negative feedback is the costumer service. I contacted N1 on three occassions with different issues. I never received a reaction. That's just a terrible handling of costumers.
The only reason I bought the phone from n1 wireless was the price. But please keep in mind that you also get less for the money (I think I only got the phone, a battery, and a US-charger). Everything else (PC connection cable, cover, etc.) costs extra.
Surely, I won't buy from N1 wireless again.

"Don't buy here. I think they sell Refurbished or Knock-Offs as New. They don't answer their Customer Service Phone. The Plantronics Voyager Pro Plus was delivered UNWRAPPED with:
NO Earbuds, NO Warranty, NO USB cable, and NO Free 1 year Vocalyst program. This is all included free from Plantronics as part of the package.

"Bunch of rude and inconsiderate A Holes. I have been exchanging email traffic with them because i paid for 5 day shipping. It is now the 8th day and i have not received my package. They tell me that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Which is true because they use the cheapest possible UPS ground shipping. The problem is that they do not disclose this unless you call because you haven't received your order. I called up and was placed on hold for 12 minutes by a woman that sounded like she had no clue what she was doing. I called back again and was going back and fourth with some guy who could not do math ( count days correctly) and tried to rush me off the phone. I then asked for the manager and was denied until i yelled at him and demanded to speak to the Manager ASAP. The manager was worse than the first two, really disrespectful and pushy and loud over the phone. No regard for the customer. I wanted my shipping refunded and they basically told me no even though they dropped the ball. Really shady business practice and horrible customer service. I have never been so angry on a customer service call. I will avoid this company like the plague and advise all i know to do the same. So today is the 6th day by their (Cheap) shipping standards. If the package is not here today ill just eat that 11 dollar shipping cost as experience and never give them my business. I lost my cool and cursed the guy out as well, guess i took the bait. ALL BEWARE. I would rate 0 if i could.

P.S. I question their website rating as well. There is no way this many people have had this many problems and gave them low ratings and their website rating is 4.5 stars. Paying extra is worth it not to have to deal with these crooks.

"Avoid this company at any cost!!!

Bunch of crooks, lying idiots!

Never got my order after calling them and emailing them 20 times, although they've sent an email that they shipped out my order with a tracking number. The trucking number was a bogus UPS number. After they charged my credit card, they've cancelled my order, about after 3 weeks of waiting for it. The charge is still on my Discover card, for $369.00 and they still not credited back the charge.

Avoid, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

The only reason I gave them one star because no star don't exist.
They don't even deserve one star!!
