"I bought a White S9-HD after my last S9 stop charging after three years. I ordered it on August 27 and received it FOUR DAYS later. I have never had a company ship something to me so quickly! Not only that but the S9-HD works great. I'm a picky shopper and do a lot of research before I buy anything. They have a great selection of items and really great prices. I would even go as far as to say you won't find a better price anywhere. With today's economy why waste your time and money looking any place else? "I have been ordering from N1 Wireless for a while and have been extremely pleased with their prompt delivery and great customer service. Today I spoke with Steve on an item I purchased that was not working correctly. Without any hesitation after asking me a few routine questions, he offered to replace, refund or exchange for another headset. Based on our conversation, I took his advice and went with another one (I already have one for my other phone, and it's great!) to replace the defective headset. I have nothing but great things to say about N1 Wireless!!"

"Terrible customer service!

I'm pretty sure the 5-star reviews on this site are fake, planted by the staff at N1 Wireless. Just look at them - the negative reviews are very detailed, spelling out exactly what kind of experience the reviewer had. But the positive reviews are very generic -- no details about the transaction, just stuff like "Great site!" and "Very honest!"

The prices and selection on this site are almost too good to be true, but I wanted to give it a shot.

I ordered a phone for an international trip. The website said it would ship w/in 24-48 hours. I paid what I consider an exorbitant amount for regular shipping for a very small, light weight item -- $13.

The phone didn't come. I finally checked the order status online and found my item was on back order. It seems to me I should have received a call or email to let me know this -- by this point, I was running out of time and my trip was rapidly approaching.

So I called customer service, hoping to get a substitute phone that I could be assured was in stock and could reach me in five days. First of all, no one answered. I tried for half an hour, and the customer service number just rang and rang. Randomly, I dialed another number that was listed on the site. And the guy I answered did nothing but argue with me. He claimed I HAD received email notification of back order status. At this point, it didn't matter. I told him I needed his help getting another phone ordered that could reach me in time without a doubt. But instead of being helpful, he kept lecturing me about their sales policies. It was awful -- I finally got really angry and told him I didn't want to business with him and to just cancel my order. He wouldn't do it, and finally placed my call on hold until I hung up 8 minutes later. I had to send an email to customer service to cancel my order.

All they had to do was assist me in ordering another phone that they could ensure was in stock. Instead, they lost a customer and got a bad review. "

"I ordered the Samsung WEP500 Bluetooth Headset in gold and it was supposed to be "genuine brand new sealed", according to the product description on the site. Also included should have been the bluetooth unit, charger and user manuel. I got the bluetooth unit in silver and the charger, it appeared to be used and there was no user manual. Further, the bluetooth would not charge. I think these people either stole this from someone and they are selling it as new or they have refurbished items that they are selling as new. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (but why should they be as they are crooks), but their rating is "F". They also have very negative comments from customers if you look for reviews on N1 Wireless on the internet. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
