"I am glad I found MyUsaCorporation. I had already formed LLC through Rocket Lawyers but was left with problems.
They offered in an email to arrange the tax number EIN, said for foreigners it requires an extra step but they do it all the time. After charging my credit card they only filled in the usual application form and told me to try my luck with IRS, even if they know this standard form is not processed without social no or personal tax no.
They also failed to complete registration with NJ state, resulting in notification letter from the state to complete the process.
Rocket Lawyers ignored my emails and refused any further assistance except the possibility to send questions to random lawyers who don't help but are looking for opportunities to charge lawyers fees for some work.
