after that i mailed them to cancel my order but no reply on mail yet. After that on 29/January/2024 i joind them on live chat 1st i chatted with ( ZARA ) what she told me read her message. ( I have assigned the order to management for a refund The merchant fee of $36.50 will be non refundable You will receive the refund back to the original form of payment within 7 - 10 business days ) I said ok Thankyou. After 2 hours i received mail, ( Congratulations! Your company, was finally registered, as confirmed by AK State records.) and after this mail before 1 hours i received mail from (JOSCEL GARCIA). Your LLC is already registered in the state of Alaska. We can cancel your order but we can only refund you the amount you paid for the EIN and BOl service 348$ Let us know if you wish to proceed with canceling your order. Next day again i join them on live chat 2nd person was
( JOSCEL ) i was requesting to him/her to increase my amount this is not fare. im telling him to cut only state fee and processing fee he said no. after 20-30 minutes requesting he said i will ask with my manager i waited 1 hours on live chat but no reply after 1 hours he said i didn’t get any response from my manager i will mail you after getting response from my management. I said ok but till now it’s 3/February/2024 today im still waiting for any mail. After this i chatted with ( HENZLE ) she also said same but ( JOSCEL ) said me 348$ refund. Next day ( HENZLE ) said 141.55$ only i lost my 975$ I didn’t receive even 1$ till now and no mail no response from my usa corporation and his Team. Thankyou very much my usa corporation."

"Asked for expedited delivery of certified articles for a corporate client. As a backup, made the same request directly from the SOS. Got a response from the SOS by US mail in three days. Got a response from MyUSACorporation electronically in 8 days. The SOS response was complete. The MyUSACorporation response was missing amendments to the articles. Never again. I will pay the higher fees to CSC next time b/c they know what they're doing."

"My experience with the MYUSACorporation was great. I had to do a thorough research before sticking with one good company who can help me register an LLC and a valid EIN as I'm a foreigner and never been to U.S. so the procedure was kind of headache for me when I tried to do everything myself. The turn-around time was absolutely BRILLIANT as being foreigner I got everything ready within the 10 days. That was super-awesome for some non-US resident like me.
As for the price so I found their prices quite high but still affordable. Although there are some cheap rates offered by other companies but MyUSACorp being detailed oriented on their website and how smart their representatives are is the reason why I'm staying with them.
