"This review is in answer to the negative reviews that are posted on Mytechgurus website. I have been with them since July of 2012 and have recently added two years to my service. I can honestly say that I would probably be in big trouble without them. Being not that computer literate I often get myself into some jams and I have to contact them to straighten out the problems I create. They are always there and are very courteous and responsive to my needs. They have yet to fail in solving my problems. I recently was contacted by Andrew Jay, Manager of Customer Relations and told him as well that he should be proud of the personnel that they employ. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of tech support. They are a little expensive and at times they take quite of bit of time to solve issues, but you get what you pay for. In my estimation they are worth it. One other thing that I would mention is that I was NOT ASKED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, but was called because I had written a previous review that was brought to their attention as being negative. I firmly believe in them and their employees and recommend them wholeheartedly."
