"I have just completed a fourth session to resolve an issue that has been problematic. Unwanted audio at random times through my pc). Earlier attempts to fix this bug have failed. I have worked with Bill today to try to resolve this once and for all - we have tested it for an hour and so far it is working. Time will tell if it is fixed and the sound issue is random with no particular pattern - we left it for an hour with no problem, however we have experienced long periods without interruption before.
